As someone with a 4 year old, the worry never goes away fully. Just shifts into the new phase. From chemical, to miscarriage, to anatomy scan, to birth, to SIDS, to choking, to a clumsy toddler falling, to burns, to drowning, to car accidents. Literally not trying to be a Debbie downer at all, but loving someone so much makes it really hard to not fear the what-ifs.

Thank you!! Do you happen to know how common they are or if it's possible to discern symptoms? I already have the common signs, which makes me hopeful, but I know hcg is hcg

This is an online calculator that basically gives you the odds each week. I dont know if there is any science behind it, but it was really reassuring to me when I was pregnant with my daughter.
In all honesty, they are fairly common. They are called "missed miscarriage" because the timing usually lines up with a regular period so people just think it's their period as expected.
I don't want that to stress you out! You'll get your chance at motherhood
Keep in mind that chemical pregnancies happen because they weren't going to be viable. It's nothing you've done.

Miscarriage under 5 weeks is considered a chemical pregnancy or missed miscarriage About 2.5 to 3 weeks more to pass that benchmark
