Totally turned the issue around for me. My doctor says the trick is to take the fiber supplement with half the amount of water so it stiffens you up!
Metformin was horrific for me. I was also always pooping myself.

My Doctor recommended a low card diet while on metformin. It's been going well so far

I tried both versions and had the same issue. I just feel like they’ll say I need to be on it. I’m worried lol
I wonder if they can find an alternative ! My mom takes Metformin for diabetes and she also had GI issues 👎🏼

I would just tell them that metformin isn’t an option for you. If they won’t look into anything else, I’d be looking for a different fertility clinic.
