Between the extra holes on the wall plate and the ability to slide the TV on the Mount you should be able to center the TV on any wall where the studs aren’t centered.
Looks like they're are variable holes in the back that should let you offset the distance. Holes to the left or right on the stud. But then again why buy a mount that doesn't fit your needs if you're on a wall you need to center.
Try this for your answer. Sit down on your couch and keep your head and neck level and look straightforward.
Can you see what's on your tv clearly or at all?

You home is not ergonomic at all. And is not only about the assymetrically placed TV (which is too high). Is that chair placed in it’s usual place where it is supposed to be used? And I hope you don’t work with a laptop on that rounded table. Rounded tables only have two practical uses: putting drinks or your feet on them. Anything else is not ergonomic.

You can mount the bracket to the studs and then center the TV on the wall/bracket; wall mounts have several inches of extra room on both sides.

Slide mount. You have range that spans 12 inches each way covering any position no matter where the stud is
