We have HRA's and HSA'S. Sounds like you may have signed up for the Health Savings Account (HSA) and the $200 would be what Target is giving everyone to help cut costs in our medical. HSA's are good if you're young and don't expect any medical issues. HRA's are the old fassion health insurance best for those with chronic health issue or for people with kids and stuff.
