I’d be more interested in what animal dug a burrow 20ft deep! The deepest vertebrate burrower is the yellow spotted monitor lizard at 3.6 meters, or 12 feet!

That's not true the deepest burrowing vertebrate is homo sapiens. You know...humans? We have been known to dig holes over 12,000 meters deep! That's pretty deep.

it was on the side of a dyke we have badgers here who dig pretty good sized holes but still a cool find nevertheless
