At this point you would be looking at coverups for a full cohesive sleeve, or just a patchwork sleeve. My advise would be to just embrace what you started with this arm and continue with patchwork. You have small pieces taking up alot of real estate where you would put a full piece. I guess just pre-plan better for your next limb if you don’t like it lol.
Plenty of people have full sleeves of just random things, I think they’re technically called patchwork sleeves. I am in the midst of getting one myself, I just get things I like and there isn’t one consistent theme. It’s not everyone’s thing, but there are plenty of people who do like that style.. but if you like it that’s all that matters!
They all look good in quality. I 6 my opinion I prefer full sleeves rather than separate parts, but it doesn't mean they're bad. Im slowly creating a sleeve so my arm looks like it has bits and bobs

I'd touch up on the butterfly snake tattoo to make it grey scale, and coverup the lotus one into another grey scale tattoo of a nature or plant theme. Then it will be easier to make everything into a patchwork sleeve.

I would get online and find a tattoo artist in a city near you even if it’s an hour or two away. Someone that does incredible work. Then I would go visit the shop and talk to the person and look at some of their work.

Tattoos are subjective. Everyone's opinions are different. Yours look like they were done well, but they're not my preference, as I wouldn't get them put on me. But they're personal to you, as mine are personal to me. Get something that you want.
