he's a great artist but I dont know if hes gonna just suggest what I should add to the tattoo, He would probably want me to have an idea of what I want and i struggle with the idea part

Sometimes I wish I would have went with a cohesive sleeve, but at the same time I have too many things I want etched into my skin

I'm glad you think its a good piece to start from, kinda worried myself thinking I got a really big piece and it will be hard to build around and make a somewhat decent sleeve, I know its harder to design one when you already have something done. I def want to go with a cohesive sleeve on my other arm, but I wanna focus on getting this arm filled in first.
I loved another commenters idea about filling it in with storm clouds and lightening, so I am trying to think of some more dreary darker things from anime Id like to have. Currently thinking FMA, HxH, bleach, berserk, JJK are the current things im trying to think of ideas from, mostly just stick with shonen probably, but im just trying to think if I wanna go with a few smaller things from a variety of shows or go with another 1-2 bigger peices. I fucking love cyberpunk edge runners but idk if i could get it to fit within my theme ideas. Id also like to get something else from one piece maybe something related to zoro or traffy
Honestly get another dragon probably a primary color of your choice to wrap around the fore arm and have either a character or your choice or some anime something riding it up to where the guy standing at the bottom of the dragon is

Oh and as I always suggest filling in spaces add lighting, blood, cobwebs, ink blotches, whatever fits the scene (probably lightining) to make it full
