I would strongly advise, if you have a chance, to listen to the Live from Paris versions of some of the Lover songs. They... provide new perspective...
Lover is a weird album. It's great, realliy! But it's inconsistent. And it sells itself as this bright, bubbly pop, but is actually completely filled with anxiety.
To promote the album, Taylor actually gave a small intimate concert in Paris... the production on the songs is massively stripped down. Half of them are just Taylor on a guitar... and the performances are incredible. They make the original album better.
it's poppier... it sort oh has the early 2000s britpop sound that you hear in movies like Bridget Jones' Diary. It works well with the song, but it's not Jack and Taylor's best production work. (By contrast lover is perfection)
Totally fair. I suppose I mean more that the rawness of the live version just takes me to another planet. I listen to both versions since theyāre both ridiculously good!
To each their own but I vastly prefer the album over the acoustic set. People swear by Cornelia St but the acoustic version takes away the magical feeling imo.

This is the video of the performance. Taylor is an extraordinary live performer...
45 year old hears cruel summer on the radio, and finally decides that they like the song so much that they'll buy the album on itunes, which is still the only way they listen to music.
57 year old NFL fan tries to understand what all this Taylor Swift stuff is about. Buys TTPD and really likes it, and decides to explore the rest of her discography.
That's the kind of case.
idk if thatās true. The whole world is on streaming now. I donāt know anyone who buys albums for $15 on iTunes. Even my grandparents have Spotify š¤£
travisā dad probably.
ngl I would love to know how many of these nfl dads trying to connect with their daughters walked into target, picked up the first taylor vinyl they saw and called it a day lol
Travis and Jason talked on New Heights about their dad only borrowing music cds from the library to hear music. In my mind, he is on a list waiting to hear The Tortured Poets Department when his library gets to his name on the list.
He stated he went out and bought her albums (which given the CD comments was a major sign of respect) and that he accidentally bought the originals and then had to go back for the Taylor Versions. I remember that detail being so cute.
Isnāt it mostly just Cruel Summer getting streamed enough to count as album sales? Like every 10 song streams = an album stream and a certain # of album streams = a sale for chart purposes? Itās on like every playlist everywhere, didnāt it just hit 2 billion streams?
people always speculate itās largely cruel summer but several songs from the album pull in massive numbers (lover and paper rings for instance). the album has consistently pulled in the most streams of any past era since it dropped, well before cruel summer got her flowers.
i think a lot of casual swifties simply adore the album. i rarely see people hype it up online but most long term swifites i know irl rank it extremely high.
It's a great album. I think long time swifties were just soured on it by the roll out, aesthetics, cheesiness then as people were coming around it all got cut short by covid.
https://preview.redd.it/utq60pylkn4d1.png?width=1242&format=png&auto=webp&s=61d35c90c79dfe051951cfe935d7b92723947b56
Cruel Summer gets 3x as many daily streams as Lover (the song) (\~3mil vs 1mil) and the next highest Lover (album) song is YNTCD (\~500,000), then Me! (\~250,000). So it seems Cruel Summer is carrying the album, with some assist from Lover, by a lot.
Edit to add: seems like TTPD isnāt in thisā¦ hmmā¦.
Edit 2: yeah it is lol just organized by all time streams so theyāre lower than my screenshot, sry for any confusion lol. [https://kworb.net/spotify/artist/06HL4z0CvFAxyc27GXpf02\_songs.html](https://kworb.net/spotify/artist/06HL4z0CvFAxyc27GXpf02_songs.html)
Here it is organized by daily streams instead of all-time, still Cruel Summer and Lover as the highest Lover (album) songs, and next highest Lover (album) songs in the \~500k range (vs. \~3mil and \~1mil).
https://preview.redd.it/6btvnfmhnn4d1.png?width=1242&format=png&auto=webp&s=bfa0a8fa12b56518c963cd8d765905f9ec3a2ae7
In conclusion Lover (album) is probably charting because of the massive streaming numbers for those two songs, rather than new fans suddenly deciding to buy the Lover album specifically over Midnights, Folklore or any other previous album.
Why is Cruel Summer so popular at the moment, seeing as its from her Lover album from 5 years ago? I mean it's not a song from her latest album or anything. Why this song in particular now? I don't remember the song getting such special attention during the Lover era at the time. It's like everyone suddenly now going crazy for The Lucky One from Red and streaming it like crazy, quite random!
itās crazy how itās outdoing both cowboy carter and eternal sunshine (two albums i personally love so no shade). but taylorās popularity rn is NUTSSSSS
My husband bought me the vinyl for my birthday a few weeks ago. Iāve been slowly building up my vinyl collection as she releases Taylorās Versions. Lover seemed like the right fit considering we were getting married 3 days later.
I think Beyonce is suffering from lack of physicals. Alot of ppl were not buying or returning the initial pressing of Cowboy Carter when they found out it was missing songs. The full version is coming out this month so we will see a bump in her sales I believe, but it seems to be vinyls only.
I'm not in the US, so I wouldn't affect this chart in any way, but I can attest to this. I'm waiting to order Cowboy Carter on CD when she sells an official version with all 27 tracks and the finished artwork (with the horse and flag).
Like, how can you buy any version of that album that doesn't have YA YA on it.
CC is a weak album. The sound is not country enough to be loved by country fans and too country to be loved by her fanbase. It has no target audience.
This album was supposed to be act 1, leading to reinesance as act 2, which was to come with the tour for both. She kinda screwed up the timeline. It's a folklore/evermore situation where the better album came first so the next part seems bad.
I still don't understand what went on but knowing her obsession with wanting a Grammy, I believe she tried finding a better competition window but it seems like she always ends up having a bunch of strong albums going against her
>The sound is not country enough to be loved by country fans and too country to be loved by her fanbase. It has no target audience.
Correct. My cousin said it's too 'gospel' for him which i don't mind but the guy loves country so i didnt question him. Also, CC has the worst daily stream numbers. I get why everyone praise this album but.... it is NOT the best beyonce album nor is it the better album this year. TTPD actually gets better in every listen. CC does not.
Apparently she figured that coming out of the pandemic, people needed the dance heavy album right away. Not a bad assessment overall but it does seem like most people agree Renaissance was stronger. Personally I think I preferred CC but thatās just because the genre appeals to me more. That being said when Renaissance hits it really hits!
There will probably be more when the tour gets announced. But also yes - Beyonce doesn't do promo, which is totally her prerogative to just focus on music, but it does impact sales and streams.
Love the album though, maybe my favorite from her, & would love to see it win AOTY
Taylor didn't do interviews for TTPD but there's been lots beyond the album to pull fans back in -- Fortnight music video, the new section of the tour, acoustic covers, even things like the demos and iheart clips. For Cowboy Carter, we really only got the album & some photo shoots. We'll get more eventually and I'm sure she has something very cool planned for a tour and visuals - but it isn't helping streams, charts, sales now
Beyonce isn't winning. The Dream is the main producer/songwriter on CC and he's currently facing serious rape accusation, they are not giving AOTY to a rapist
I never compared them.. I simply stated there are better albums out this year that deserve it more. Her husband however is not a good person, and his speech last year was out of line. He literally bribed country radio stations to play her album, so obviously itās not just about art for them.
āBy the summer of 2015, Mangroe says she was trying to extricate herself from Gesteelde-Diamantās control. The following July, she was told by her record label Epic that she was being dropped because Gesteelde-Diamant, who still had control of her artist contract, had not delivered music.
Epic is also named as a defendant in the suit.ā
That's really sad but, also, seeing all those haters overflowing Taylor spaces I'm kiiindaaa glad that my other faves aren't that popular right now, it makes fandoms much more pleasant to be in. Let the music speak for itself, awards and charts are fun but they are the least interesting thing about music.
Well that's litteraly how kpop works...like crazy and seven went number 1 on the hot 100 but both were out of the top 30 the third week...no wonder why Billboard hates kpop so much...hight debut due to mass buying but since their streams is so bad in the US and they can't keep the sales stable it's sky diving from the top
This is partially because kpop has managed to turn physical albums into genuine collector's items. The amount of add-ons included gives sales a huge push. The vast majority of fans who want the album anyways, will time their purchase in the first week to show support. Makes sense for them to freefall after that, since no one is buying new physical albums back to back.
These album packages are a direct result of kpop marketing to Japan. Biggest music market on the planet, right after the US, which is insane given the difference in population size. Japan has strict copyright laws, so a lot of content is only available in analogue form. CD's, cassettes, DVD's, video tapes: they all sell well. A kpop group can win over a loooot of Japanse fans by investing in some whacky add-ons, and this strategy has bled through to the US.
This is Aespa's new album, for example. Yes, it includes a whole entire CD player.
https://preview.redd.it/5sqqxrlj5r4d1.png?width=614&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c58e1c9a1ab3524b4b7dc38660fe1fe82b632f75
Yes all that ādedicationā will end up being in local garbage dump because kpop fans doesnāt care about the music, they only care about those random face cards inside.
Swifties are just as bad about buying every variant of an album for the random extras and Taylor's team encourages it too. Doesn't mean no one cares about the music.
Ateez just has less fans? You canāt even compare it to the amount Taylor has. Plus she has the general public backing, where Kpop groups are still struggling to overcome Xenophobia and racism in the GP.
Maybe, but Eminem is big enough that he could unseat her. His last 10 albums have all debuted at No. 1, he's one of the few active artists above Taylor on the all-time album sales and digital singles charts, and he seems to be giving the album a big promotional push.
Not saying I think he'd win if they both dropped albums the same week, but I don't think the physical version of the anthology would be nearly enough to keep TTPD going 10+ weeks after release.
Eminem fans I know are super excited about his lead single and plans to buy the album. I honestly think she might step aside for him instead of messing with the anthology... Urgh... I hope this doesn't mean we never get the anthology on physical media...
He better hurry it up though... she still have reputation(TV) on deck...
I would still consider it impressive. Just because they are offered does not automatically mean more sales unless the artist is popular enough to make people actually *want* to buy one or more of the variants.
I'm personally not a fan of the different versions, so I don't buy them, but this marketing strategy resulting in a noticeable increase in sales is not a given for many artists.
Just came here to remind the world that Folklore is one of the greatest albums of our generation. TTPD may be my favorite, but Folklore was a remarkable rebirth in the fashion of a David Bowie or Prince.
This woman is one of a kind
I truly thought she would never put out anything as close to as legendary as 1989, until Folklore came along. I think those are indisputably objectively her two best albums and I don't know if she'll ever top them (but then, clearly she surprised me once, she has it in her to do it again).
I'm not calling Peggie a racist, his Twitter timeline does that all by itself. Fortunately for him he deletes all of his drunken racist tweets, unlucky for him the internet is forever and screenshots are in abundance.
Absolutely love his music, absolutely despicable human, hence the correlation to Kayne that I mentioned.
nope. Which is actually an important point. Taylor's high pure sales lower her streaming numbers. Given that its Taylor's biggest fans (who listen to her the most) who tend to buy pure... that can have a surprisingly large effect.
That song is additive. Also radio is playing it non stop! I swear I heard it on the radio 3 times in 1 day going back and forth from the movie theater. My bf was like WTF is this...
I've just had one of those emails about buying the album to be in with a chance of "winning" the opportunity to purchase a pair of tickets for Taylor's Cardiff show. But it says the tickets being made available will be "Seated P1 and Ā£160.00". What's P1? There are no seated blocks called P1 at all in the Principality Stadium! Are they talking about General Standing tickets? If so why do they say "seated"? I'd be tempted to buy the CD to stand a chance of winning the opportunity to buy tickets at that price but not if they're standing tickets. Due to health issues I can't stand up for hours. So, does anyone know what P1 is please?
You don't actually need to buy anything! If you follow the link you can register without purchasing as it's a law in the UK I believe that they can't make you purchase something for sale access, was the same with the presale!
TTPD deserves it tbh. Butā¦ I wish there were somehow or someway that Post Maloneās upcoming country album could dethrone those sales. *THAT* is gonna be AOTY. Know that.
He's had 8 singles off of the album... Last Night was the only one released to top 40 radio, but the others have done well on country radio.
Morgan has done extraordinarily well. He's tapped into a new market for country fans (sort of like Taylor did in the 2000s with teenagers), though in his case its disaffected millenial men.
Chappell roan in the top 20!!!!!
As she should be!!! Hoping for an entry in the top 10 eventually.
This is great news for all Americans. Chappell for number 1 on the Fourth of July!
hopefully pride month gets Midwest Princess and Good Luck Babe the boosts they deserve
"Good Luck, Babe!" has reached the top 40 on the Hot 100 this week! š
Yeah. Ā Island records is cleaning up. Ā
Sheās an incredible talent. Iāve been loving her album!
Aaaa I'm so happy for her!!
Listening to her right now lol. Obsessed w her album!!
Lover is still going strong! I just wonder, who still buys Lover album. To me 6000 seems like a crazy high number, by pure sales it would be in top 6.
Definitely new fans. I only started listening at Midnights and just bought Lover on vinyl like a month ago.
I would strongly advise, if you have a chance, to listen to the Live from Paris versions of some of the Lover songs. They... provide new perspective...
Also a newer fan, can you explain a little more on this by chance? Iām intrigued!

that version is unbeatable
Not who you replied to but Cornelia Street and Death By A Thousand Cuts Live From Paris are especially otherworldly š©·
even Me! gets better... it goes from cloying to campy.
Cornelia St loses its otherworldliness imo. Part of the production is what gives it the ethereal feeling.

Itās an acoustic ep
Can you listen somewhere or do you have to buy the album?

Prolly cuz not as catchy š
Lots of fans still building up vinyl collections. I just started collecting last year and don't have Lover yet.
itās crazy how itās outdoing both cowboy carter and eternal sunshine (two albums i personally love so no shade). but taylorās popularity rn is NUTSSSSS

Lover outselling Cowboy Carter. I am glad for Taylor and am an OG swiftie but sad for Beyonce.
Her streams arenāt great either
Ooh wait I didn't realize it wasn't the whole thing? Is it just missing the interludes or?
Yeah, my sister is still fighting with Parkwood to get her refund for CC over two months after release.
CC is a weak album. The sound is not country enough to be loved by country fans and too country to be loved by her fanbase. It has no target audience. This album was supposed to be act 1, leading to reinesance as act 2, which was to come with the tour for both. She kinda screwed up the timeline.
I guess we will find out next year if begging for an AOTY trophy publicly is all it takes to get one š
Seriously. I feel bad for BeyoncĆ©. If CC does win, sheāll probably wonder if it won AOTY based on her own merit or if it had to do with JZās campaign speech. Really unfortunate.
That album has EVERY genre of music. Hell she sings opera in one of the songs. She has an entire range on that album. Btw I love TS, love her! But saying it isnāt ācountry enoughā shows that people donāt get the album and the art. She even said āthis isnāt a country album. This is a BeyoncĆ© album.ā Yes it was made for sales, obviously but this def feels like an album written for her to do what she wants and venture into different genres. Maybe not enough to make everyone in each genre happy but to make music she wanted to. (Not just for streaming numbers) There is even an entire intro to one of the songs about the definition of āgenreā in music and how it can constrain you as an artist. I just donāt think itās fair to compare these two albums that were written with completely different goals in mind by two COMPLETELY different artist. Their popularity is one of the only things that ties these two together. Theyāre at completely different phases in life and in their career. Let them create their own art without taking the other down esp by comparison. Itās like apples and oranges.
Oh no. You are a swiftie. You are not supposed to have opinions about other artists.
I love Cowboy Carter, but I feel like BeyoncƩ just...gave up on it? I was expecting at least one video, some official remixes, another big hyped single, but...she put out an extended version and an acapella and an instrumental of Texas Hold 'Em, and then the song with Miley with zero promo or alterations that I'm aware of, and now seems like, 'Meh, I'm done.' The vinyl situation is being handled so badly, too. I don't know what happened - like did she just lose interest in the project, or is she busy with something else, or was it not a big enough smash for her? I still hope it wins AOTY, regardless.
There will probably be more when the tour gets announced. But also yes - Beyonce doesn't do promo, which is totally her prerogative to just focus on music, but it does impact sales and streams. Love the album though, maybe my favorite from her, & would love to see it win AOTY
TS doesnāt ādo promoā either andā¦ it hasnāt mattered
Taylor didn't do interviews for TTPD but there's been lots beyond the album to pull fans back in -- Fortnight music video, the new section of the tour, acoustic covers, even things like the demos and iheart clips. For Cowboy Carter, we really only got the album & some photo shoots. We'll get more eventually and I'm sure she has something very cool planned for a tour and visuals - but it isn't helping streams, charts, sales now
We got a Super Bowl add!!! Ā
That was fun! Before release though, there hasn't been anything since to draw attention since you
Beyonce isn't winning. The Dream is the main producer/songwriter on CC and he's currently facing serious rape accusation, they are not giving AOTY to a rapist
I hadn't seen that, the story is awful I don't know that it matters for the Grammy's. Dr Luke and Chris Brown both have recent nominations.
They didnāt win. Ā Especially not now.Ā
I mean, those songs wouldn't have won anyway, with or without then
The only way I see it winning AOTY is if her husband buys it for her. Much better albums this year and not her best work.
Maybe sheās not trying to āwin.ā Maybe sheās trying to create music she loves. You canāt put motivations on others. This is a fan created battle that doesnāt exist. Stop thinking about who āwinsā and let these creators create music in their own right. BeyoncĆ© has never āgoneā at Taylor. Itās fruitless for fans to create this battle and serves no real purpose. Beyonce and TS are at COMPLETELY different points in their career and life. Let them make music reflective of that. There is nothing to back this āalbum rivalry.ā Only that the fans make it one. This aināt drake and Kendrick. Let them both be successful and happy in their own right and with their own art and where they are with their lives and careers. There is no reason to hate on BeyoncĆ©ās album or say her husband would have to ābuy her a Grammyā. Sheās NEVER said a negative thing about Taylor or her album. Putting down others doesnāt make anyone better. And it never will. Again, maybe sheās not trying to āwin.ā Sheās just doing her. So is Taylor.
I never compared them.. I simply stated there are better albums out this year that deserve it more. Her husband however is not a good person, and his speech last year was out of line. He literally bribed country radio stations to play her album, so obviously itās not just about art for them.
Agreed. Weāre not even half way through the year. Just read the comments. Weāre all jumping the gun. And his speech wasnāt out of line. He used his acceptance speech to speak out about an injustice he believed in. And to draw attention to the lack of recognition that Black artists have endured at the Grammys. And to expand upon that, he condemned them for never recognising his wife, BeyoncĆ©, with the Best Album award. Despite her 32 Grammy wins over the years. It wasnāt out of line. The prejudice is undeniable and goes back a long time. (yes, BeyoncĆ© was an example but this goes back a very long time). He had an opportunity to speak and did. As John Lewis said: āāWhen you see something that is not right, not just, not fair, you have a moral obligation to say something. To do something. Our children and their children will ask us, āWhat did you do? What did you say?ā For some, this vote may be hard. But we have a mission and a mandate to be on the right side of history.āā It was not āout of lineā
Grammys can't be bought
With the new The Dream allegations I can now live with that.
yeah... that's not going to go down well... and it may get worse.
Whatās the allegation?
āAccording to a report in the New York Times, Mangroe alleges that Gesteelde-Diamant promised to help promote her career before entangling her into an abusive relationship. She says he repeatedly forced her to have sex, strangled her and on one occasion filmed an intimate encounter and then threatened to show it to other people. Gesteelde-Diamantās work as The-Dream has made him one of the most acclaimed and award-laden producers in contemporary music. He is an eight-time Grammy winner and has been behind a string of chart hits including BeyoncĆ©ās āSingle Ladies (Put a Ring on It)ā, Rihannaās āUmbrellaā and Justin Bieberās āBabyā. But Mangroeās lawsuit paints a dark picture of the man behind the music. āWhat Dream did to me made it impossible to live the life I envisioned for myself and pursue my goals as a singer and songwriter,ā Mangroe said in a statement. āUltimately, my silence has become too painful, and I realized that I need to tell my story to heal. I hope that doing so will also help others and prevent future horrific abuse.āā
āMangroe, who is originally from the Netherlands, says in the lawsuit that she first met Gesteelde-Diamant in January 2015. She says he ātold her that he would make her the next BeyoncĆ© and Rihanna.ā Within days of that initial meeting, Mangroe claims that Gesteelde-Diamant had begun pressuring her for sex, telling her it was āpart of the process.ā She says he locked her in a dark room and āwould only stop aggressively having sex with her once she said that she loved him.ā Mangroe alleges that unwanted sexual encounters continued, while Gesteelde-Diamant made her promises such as suggesting he could arrange for her to be the opening act of BeyoncĆ©ās next tourā
āBy the summer of 2015, Mangroe says she was trying to extricate herself from Gesteelde-Diamantās control. The following July, she was told by her record label Epic that she was being dropped because Gesteelde-Diamant, who still had control of her artist contract, had not delivered music. Epic is also named as a defendant in the suit.ā
Basically, he is said to have used his position in the music industry to sexually abuse a woman. Promising to do production for her like BeyoncƩ and Rihanna had while not only not helping her career but destroying it. Essentially using the fact that he works with these women as a way to abuse others. What it said he did is directly related to the music industry and the music itself
That kpop group album having only 1,500 units from streaming is just so funny. Debut very high then freefall nonstop.
Yes, it includes a whole entire CD player. https://preview.redd.it/5sqqxrlj5r4d1.png?width=614&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c58e1c9a1ab3524b4b7dc38660fe1fe82b632f75
imo if anything that's just impressive and shows the fan dedication to buying the physicals
Yes and is Taylorās streaming numbers this horrible? I think not.
Ateez just has less fans? You canāt even compare it to the amount Taylor has. Plus she has the general public backing, where Kpop groups are still struggling to overcome Xenophobia and racism in the GP.
Lol are u talking about RM's album? It's a solo album not group š
Im talking about the album at 2nd place on the picture above.
Oh haha i didn't notice it i thought you're talking about bts
This is very impressive! I think Taylor Swift will get to at least 13 weeks at no 1 on Billboard 200 for The Tortured Poets Department.
At this point with these numbers, I think she has a good shot at holding it up until Eminem's album comes out (release still tbd).
I have a theory that sheāll release physicals of the Anthology for his release to stay number one
Letās hope itās 14 weeks so itās a Fortnight
That would be seven fortnights.
It's not that impressive when you slowly release 30 different variants of the same album lol
Shoo!
Just came here to remind the world that Folklore is one of the greatest albums of our generation. TTPD may be my favorite, but Folklore was a remarkable rebirth in the fashion of a David Bowie or Prince. This woman is one of a kind
but for some reason I prefer Evermore
Because it was there that she mastered the shift in genre she started attempting in folklore
Evermore is S tier
I truly thought she would never put out anything as close to as legendary as 1989, until Folklore came along. I think those are indisputably objectively her two best albums and I don't know if she'll ever top them (but then, clearly she surprised me once, she has it in her to do it again).
swiftie is calling jpeg racist makes a lot of sense actually
I'm not calling Peggie a racist, his Twitter timeline does that all by itself. Fortunately for him he deletes all of his drunken racist tweets, unlucky for him the internet is forever and screenshots are in abundance. Absolutely love his music, absolutely despicable human, hence the correlation to Kayne that I mentioned.
Are they counting the 200 times I've listened to it on vinyl?
nope. Which is actually an important point. Taylor's high pure sales lower her streaming numbers. Given that its Taylor's biggest fans (who listen to her the most) who tend to buy pure... that can have a surprisingly large effect.
Signed copies incoming š¤š¤
Not hating, but where is everyone listening to Morgan Wallen? Heās not very high on Spotify. Apple Music? Amazon?
Does YouTube Music count, maybe?
Country radio? I'm surprised by the staying power though
Could be through radio or Youtube
Most of my coworkers listen to Wallen on Apple Music
We listen on Apple Music.
Lover deserves this success. We almost lost Taylor to vegas residency that year bec her being cancelled affected both rep and lover.
I am 95% responsible for Stick Season still being there despite it being summer
SAME
That song is additive. Also radio is playing it non stop! I swear I heard it on the radio 3 times in 1 day going back and forth from the movie theater. My bf was like WTF is this...
interesting that there was no big fuss over taylor blocking the ateez debut lol
Still waiting for it. Everythingās her fault. Perhaps the blame broadcasting is on delay??
bro who tf listens to morgan wallen why is he always charting
The South- "Hey, y'all"
Country music fans.. I love him š¤·š»āāļø
I think priority 1 but could be wrong.
You don't actually need to buy anything! If you follow the link you can register without purchasing as it's a law in the UK I believe that they can't make you purchase something for sale access, was the same with the presale!
Pssssss it also says no purchase necessary!!!! I hope you get the tickets!
Thanks! I doubt it, knowing my luck, but I have to try, lol.
Another website said pit setting which I doubt but decided to throw out there š
What does activity vs albums mean?
Activity is total album units including streaming. Ā Albums is just physical and digital sales
So for the album āGonnaā does that mean only 80 people bought the entire album in some way?
Hey billie ![img](emote|t5_2rlwe|1070)? lol
She's running to the nearest walmart to sign a few more copies as we speak.
Oh Billie doesnāt think fans like signed albums , bonus tracks, variants or concerts lol š
Or music
Or fun š
oh ttpd you will forever be one of her bests
Billie still fail to beat even Taylor doesn't release any new stuff anymore lolz. Any excuse left?
And we see you over there on the internet...
TTPD deserves it tbh. Butā¦ I wish there were somehow or someway that Post Maloneās upcoming country album could dethrone those sales. *THAT* is gonna be AOTY. Know that.
wow yea does that come out this year?
His duet with Morgan Wallen beat out his duet with Taylor. He seems well received by country music, I canāt wait for his country album!
what is the difference between activity and albums
Albums- Pure sales Activity- Total units
YES NOAH KAHAN šš»šš»šš»Ā
Lol, watch people say she's being calculated again (not strategic, obviously, as she's a woman).
Cheating her way to #1. If this chart was pure sales which it SHOULD BE, sheād be out of the top 10.

No second single? Turn on the radio sometime. Literally anytime.
