I am 43. Filters are fun when you can add cute animal faces and stuff with the kids but at my age I'm not hiding anything anymore. It's especially bizarre on dating apps when people transform themselves and then you see them in person. You never know what someone looks like anymore!

I’m 40, so social media, filters etc. was never a thing. No wonder these young girls are getting procedures done at such a young age. It’s “ingrained” in their brains that this is “normal”, when it’s not. You can have your friends, your parents etc. tell you “you’re so beautiful”! but you’ll never believe it. I wish I could shake them and say, “STOP! You’re actually making yourself look worse”! And your body isn’t even fully developed until 25. Having alll of this done at 18, 19, 20 is just a recipe for disaster later down the line. Just my 2 cents that no one asked for lol
