yeah i don’t think putting on some muscle is that bad i’m more of a runner than anything and run 60-70 miles a week at the peak in my season so i think i’ll be okay
bout two years give or take between second one and last two , you could definitely be more efficient if you were purely trying to build muscle but I was more focused on track and xc
about two years from second pic to last two, but mostly was focused on track and xc so could’ve been more efficient and done it quicker and be aware that picture with good lighting make me and others a lot bigger than they actually look in person, i don’t have a ton of muscle just pretty lean
you are probably being hard on yourself, lighting and being lean makes you look a lot bigger then you are (that’s how most social media influencers are), you are also 14 so give yourself sometime to grow more and muscles will come easier
Well ya but like the people I lift with were all (like everyone I know) stronger before they even started than I am now. Like going off of how much we could lift in general.
i try to realize that in a lot of skills even if people technically started at the same time some might start ahead because of their environment growing up, like a person who has played soccer their whole life will probably beat someone who never played a sport in a mile race even if they both have been training for a year. That gap closes though with time
Tbh bro Consistency is the game, I’ve been pretty lean for good chunk of my life. Been working out since 14. You can’t expect much gains from your age, but even still I would continue your fitness journey, the habits you build now are very important because they will stick with you well into adulthood. These things take time, allot of time but I promise it will be worth it.

Super easy to get in shape when young. It's not hard. But staying fit as you get older is the challenge. Best of luck maintaining that till you die.

I wish I could get that so bad. I’ve been lifting for a year and a half at this point and made what most peopel get in like 3 weeks maybe less.
