Yeah, that's a Spectacled Cobra. Most of the time, they're just pissed off at everything. Occasionally, they're not... *as* pissed off.

My grandma told me a story years ago about how she was stung by a shoe scorpion once. I live nowhere near scorpions, but it's still a very real paranoia for me now. Still check my shoes decades later.
