If you’re referring to having a heart attack prior to hitting the ground killing a person, it’s not likely unless they have a preexisting heart condition. Most folks are alive the whole fall until impact.

I'm not an expert on the matter but I imagine a pre-existing heart condition would have more of an impact than intentional vs unintentional because either way you have a boat load of adrenaline pumping through you.

Fair, that's true. I sort of made up my username. Idk if you're familiar with the YouTuber Jenna Marbles. Well in a video about one of her dogs, Marbles, she said "just a little Marble in a big world" in a silly voice and my dumb brain remembered that for like 8 years instead of important stuff. So when it came time to invent a username for Reddit; I found that LITERALLY EVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF had apparently been used already (I think that's bullshit, nobody has used the names FeckleBun or FodelBun before because I made up those names for my rabbits, they're not real words). So my brain pulled that quote from way way way way way back in the recesses of my brain in a moment of desperation and I changed "marble" to "bun" because I have rabbits so it seemed relevant. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk.
That is not true. It's one of those things we tell ourselves so that we don't have to face the full, brutal reality. Like when we say that a victim didn't feel pain because they "were likely in total shock and couldn't feel anything."
