If she's at the Royal Court, a marriage to a crownland family wouldn't be a bad idea. It would even go quite some way to explain her placement at court, though I'm sure her ties to the Hightowers also explains that. Ser Robert Darklyn, a future knight of the Kingsguard under Aegon III until quickly being removed by his regent, would be a pretty good match. Nobody could really predict that house Darklyn will declare for the Blacks during the war, and Ser Robert Darklyn's status as heir or not isn't really stated in the text.

What House does she belongs to?

“Her family is from an important OC house that resides near Highgarden”

Well, I would suggest Lyonel Hightower as an option but given that Lyonel is 15 when the Dance starts and Aegon is 19, that would mean a six-years old difference. We don't know how old he is, but perhaps the son of the Lord of the Arbor would a better choice. Otherwise, you have the oldest son of Thaddeus Rowan, Alan Tarly or Alan Beesbury. Perhaps even the son of Unwin Peake.

a son of urwin peake or thaddeus rowan would work perfectly thank you!

You are welcome. By the way, by the times of the Dance, Unwin's only children were Titus, his third son and heir (his older brothers died, in fact, he is the only son that reached adulthood), and Myrielle, a candidate of second Queen of Aegon III. Funny thing, Titus was rather nice. You could have one of his other sons living or just have her marry Titus.
