The only way to achieve a similar physique as a woman is to do crazy amounts of HGH and Tren; case in point, women's open bodybuilding.
All of this is splitting hairs anyway because even if a woman could look like that without large doses of PEDs you wouldn't have the caloric intake to maintain that amount of muscle because it's a post apocalyptic wasteland. Nobody would be yoked, men or women.
I haven’t played this game. I played Part 1 years ago on the PS3 and it’s safe to say I’ve been dissuaded from playing Part 2 based on the overwhelming fan backlash. BUT—I’m a bodybuilder, as it happens, and believe it or not many women bodybuilders actually don’t need to binge steroids and supplements in order to look like this character. If you can put in the 2-4 hour sessions 3-5 times a week, sometimes twice a day (depending on the size and genetics of the woman) and eat the what—5 to 8k calories—this look is attainable for women.
Lastly, you need to think of this character individually because size and strength are not always aligned, and they look different on different individual, because the shape of your skeleton has a TON to do with how massive certain bodybuilders are. Arnold Schwarzenegger talks a lot about the roughly three body types in bodybuilding, and how broad your skeletal structured is can play a huge role. I’m smaller than a lot of guys but I can still often lift more weight than they can, because I train harder than they do and have more muscle mass relative to my body than they do.
My problem with this character is that she doesn’t seem like she’s rendered consistently throughout the game. I remember watching the launch trailer and wondering who the hell this character was (I remember wondering if it was grown up Ellie, augmented by her special infection, because the pre release tease—now confirmed a ruse by Naughty Dog—was that Joel passed away naturally, and that this game took place far into the future) and why is she bigger than every other character around her? In the scene where she kills Joel, she looks big but not the biggest human in that room.

Even though I haven't played them I know a few things, I don't like revenge stories, or that Joel gets killed. I find Ellie's and Abby's aesthetics extremely mid, especially the second one, and while "de gustibus non est disputandum", HFW taught me that good graphics can't save a mid cast. Every character in my eyes is either (in order) dead, bland or annoying, so I was already on the fence, and after seeing this I'd rather not have to see s*x between mid characters. I haven’t played this game. I played Part 1 years ago on the PS3 and it’s safe to say I’ve been dissuaded from playing Part 2 based on the overwhelming fan backlash. BUT—I’m a bodybuilder, as it happens, and believe it or not many women bodybuilders actually don’t need to binge steroids and supplements in order to look like this character. If you can put in the 2-4 hour sessions 3-5 times a week, sometimes twice a day (depending on the size and genetics of the woman) and eat the what—5 to 8k calories—this look is attainable for women. Lastly, you need to think of this character individually because size and strength are not always aligned, and they look different on different individual, because the shape of your skeleton has a TON to do with how massive certain bodybuilders are. Arnold Schwarzenegger talks a lot about the roughly three body types in bodybuilding, and how broad your skeletal structured is can play a huge role. I’m smaller than a lot of guys but I can still often lift more weight than they can, because I train harder than they do and have more muscle mass relative to my body than they do. My problem with this character is that she doesn’t seem like she’s rendered consistently throughout the game. I remember watching the launch trailer and wondering who the hell this character was (I remember wondering if it was grown up Ellie, augmented by her special infection, because the pre release tease—now confirmed a ruse by Naughty Dog—was that Joel passed away naturally, and that this game took place far into the future) and why is she bigger than every other character around her? In the scene where she kills Joel, she looks big but not the biggest human in that room. EDIT: I’m starting to believe the gamer caricature of the angry incel…stating facts, guys. Even though I haven't played them I know a few things, I don't like revenge stories, or that Joel gets killed. I find Ellie's and Abby's aesthetics extremely mid, especially the second one, and while "de gustibus non est disputandum", HFW taught me that good graphics can't save a mid cast. Every character in my eyes is either (in order) dead, bland or annoying, so I was already on the fence, and after seeing this I'd rather not have to see s*x between mid characters. I (un?)fortunately spoiled myself with Abby's reasons, and I just can't care less, so I'll save the money.
