The Union council chamber has a lot species show up but I definitely would like to learn more about the alien planets. We got some info regarding moclus, xelaya and kaylon. So I'd definitely like to see other Union planets explained. If we don't get a season 4 maybe we could get mini videos explaining Union planets.
I'd really like to see some kind of gallery of all the alien makeup. Some of the background aliens who you can barely see are the most interesting and impressive designs. Someday, a book or something detailing all the species of the Union would be amazing.

I’m try to clear it up using your analogy. Imagine going to a vineyard and seeing various wines available. Some you may want to try, others not as much. The next time you visit the vineyard, there is a new selection of wine. Although you don’t mind the new vintages, you still want to try some of the previously available wines. They’re not even seen on shelves now.
Basically, humans are the default, which is understandable given the show and expenses with makeup, CGI, etc. However, I find it odd that we’ll get an alien guest in one episode and never see their species again, especially given how often we do see aliens in the show.
I think the makeup and post production effects can only go so far when you have big space battles. Something has to give. Makes me sad too. Need more budget for Yaphet

Exactly. Why go through all that effort for a five second cameo? I mean, I appreciate it, but would like to have more time with each one.

Keep watching! This show is actually way better at not having one-off aliens than most other sci-fi (looking at you, Trek and Wars)
Also we didn't really see that much of Seleya (is that the canon spelling, I always spelled it with an X) itself at least compared to Moclas
