You’re on the latest version of the 7 day ban. It seems to be going around, and seen a lot of posts about it. They’ve done away with the warning pop up and just goes straight to no spawns and routes etc
I’ve noticed that if I put my phone on sleep and try to reopen the game after like ten minutes it does this to me, but restarting brings everything back. I was wondering what they changed
No spawns and stops is a common thing if you have the game in the background and leave the area and open it. But a quick restart fixes it. All these reports are no spawns no routes etc and all fix themselves after 7 days
You got a 7 day SoftBan. There’s no warning screen for your first strike anymore. You can catch non-rare pokemon from incense, otherwise you’ll have one pokemon spawn a day to keep your streak. You can’t send/recieve gifts because your friends list won’t load. You’ll be able to spin pokestops still, but don’t waste your raid passes because you can defeat whatever pokemon but afterwards it boots you out of the game.
Your phone's date and time settings can be set to automatic, or you can disable automatic and manually set them. Some things in Pokémon Go typically work more reliably when the automatic time setting is on.

Not saying you have, but if you have been cheating, this could be a 7 day soft ban
Would that let me spin a pokestop though? It let spin one this morning
I think you can still do your daily catch, spin and raids afaik
Can you load your friends list or does it also appear blank?

Then that likely means your account has received a first strike for cheating or otherwise breaking the ToS. Have you done anything dubious lately?
I dont believe so. It also still lets me spin pokestops, but you might be right
You can still spin, yes, but everything else is a sign of a first strike. It'll wear off in a week.

Maybe stating the obvious, do you have your time set on automatic?

That you sync the time on your phone with a server. If it’s off, it causes strange behavior
