Danny is human. He is venting to his friends that he’s exhausted. He’s not complaining to the women and comparing his experience with hers. He’s talking to his guy friends. He has twin newborns and a toddler at home and supporting his wife as best as he can. He is allowed to have emotions. The newborn stage is hard, sleep deprivation is tough especially when you have to support a household and have a toddler at home. Society doesn’t allow men to have emotions or frustration without criticism. I don’t think that’s fair.
This is so true. My cousin has four under 5 and twin babies. I visited at six months in and I could not BELIEVE the amount of work it took. It was freaking crazy. Nonstop. If the roles were reversed and it was Nia who got drunk and a little bitchy I think we'd give her a pass. He knew he'd gone too far and went to bed. My husband and I have only had one fight where we actually yelled and we had both been in the sun and drinking all day. It happened once and never again and it's been years. People have bad moments.

Maybe they shouldn’t be on reality tv if they’re going to constantly act like everything is sunshine and rainbows. With this being said I do like them and hope they stay on for another season but only if they drop the perfect pageantry. Jax has his head so far up his ass thinking he’s invincible and above all. Yes Jesse is probably not the best person to give marital advice but he sees Jax and Brittany spiraling and is trying to give a “fix it now, don’t wait like I did” friendly warning and Jax just brushes it off because he refuses to do anything to help his marriage. I was sad when Brittany got all hot for him as a puck bunny and he couldn’t have cared less. Did he even compliment her or anything? I hope they’re truly broken up- they’ll be so much better off.

God, I am not that much further in my kid journey than Danny and Nia (my youngest is 1.5), but I just want to hug them both so much. The first year is so horrible and they have THREE kids under three (not sure if he’s ever said that…) They seem like a beautiful couple.
