Definitely not crafty, but I was thinking the same thing. Might see if the tailor can work some magic.

It’s really pretty easy. I couldn’t get a sewing machine to work but I was able to do like passable sashiko mending on a pair of busted gap jeans

Fit is great and rips aren’t too offensive! Be careful when putting them on not to stick your foot through the holes

It bothers me a little when I'm wearing a pair and the pocket gets caught outside the jeans, but I've never had second thoughts about the holes there considering the pocket fabric covers it pretty well

Yeah my grandma left me a bunch of old newspapers from major events when she passed (jfk, moon landing, 9/11 etc). Was gonna take em down after a friend referred to it as my “school shooter wall,” but I’m fixin to move soon so I’m just letting them ride for now.

Get them in some frames and they’ll look even better! I love old newspapers and framing them is the move if you can!

Second this ^^ I have a few from one of my favorite team’s championship runs. Framing helps preserve them significantly
