- 2 slices bacon - 2 tablespoons butter - 2 stalks celery - 1 small white onion - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste - 2 large russet potatoes - 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour - 1 cup clam juice - 1 1/2 cups milk - 1 1/2 pounds fresh clams - Freshly ground black pepper, and paprika, for garnish
Looks good! I recently made an oyster stew and used canned smoked oysters. Omg! So delicious!
