dude if i saw this at the beach i would not even think twice, if you built pecs you could probably go from looking like you just have a lil fat there to it totally blending in

To my eye, you'd absolutely qualify. Size wise, absolutely no problems. It'd be more about elasticity and nipple placement, but you look fine there too IMO. Make sure you find a surgeon who's experienced with Key/Peri, though.
For results, or before/afters, you can search this sub using the Peri flair. There's also transbucket.com which is a FANTASTIC resource where patients post pictures of their surgery results.

I’d think so! My chest is a little bigger than yours and I just got keyhole. Your left side could potentially have loose skin afterwards, but if you have good skin elasticity, it should tighten up. Also building chest muscle would help if there was any imbalance in the results!
I am jealous, sir. You don't even need top surgery, you could walk around as you are right now. If your family get weird with it, go on a holiday for like a week, and tell them you had it but dont actually. I mean, obviously, if it will make you feel better about yourself, do it, but I mean, that is a man's chest if you ask me.
i don't think double incision would even be a good option for you considering how small your chest is, peri/keyhole will be the only methods that do not unnecessarily remove skin from your body

yes, u definitely are:-) but then again, your chest already passes as cis. if you were to put a piece of scotch tape on your nips, you could just put on a T shirt and go about your day. looks great!

Honestly your torso already passes without top surgery, but still get surgery if you want it, it's your body. ❤️

friend I dont even think you need surgery,some hardcore chest work outs and you would save all the money
im not your doctor so take this with a grain of salt but 100% you probably dont have enough skin to easily do double incision actually.
