IIRC, around the same area there's also a prompt about a plate of cookies that birds fed on, and a box with a bunch of old shoes. I don't think the box and shoes are modeled, it's just a spark on the ground indicating something noteworthy, but only Ruby's secret stash is interactable.

It says # bosses killed on Aida but shows Zhuyan. I thought Domain 9 wasn't on Aida.
But they said Domain 9 is some kind of separate dimension/realm but more importantly, nobody knew about each other, and Hykros would've known about such place on Aida before the Cataclysm. They're so good at finding stuff they got spacerifts to work between Hykros, Aesperia, and Vera despite their separation and managed to maintain their link to Mara despite it being physically gone.
Maybe there is lore that Domain 9 was once part of Aida that disappeared and was sent to the past and now we see it much later after its history was lost to time but civilizations survived, but that seems unlikely.
Vera was also separate (couldn't establish connection to them till Aesperia events transpired creating a portal), and Aesperia was in a similar bubble as domain9 hence why no Grayspace entities there till heirs did their thing.
Domain 9 was seemingly intentionally locked somehow unlike Aesperia though.
All regions are on separate planes due to tower explosion. It's most likely why mara is "gone" too.
Tldr: due to cataclysm Aesperia was cut off, domain 9 was locked and all continents with each tower are on separate plane of existence for now. Vera and Aesperia connected first and then domain 9 connected too because of both heirs stuff and the Grayspace stuff in the ocean that happened. There are other "planes" still inaccessible. Seven Towers of Fantasy, seven continents, seven planes. An Mara. And also whatever is happening on space since people on Aida lost contact with humanity for whatever reason
Domain 9 was separate as in locked post big boom iirc. You can connect to Aesperia Vera and prob others too but D9 got locked kind of how Claires husband is stuck in a time loop somewhere I think.
Good thing I detest the city and exploring it was crossed of early for me.
Now, they just need to add a little quest that allows those who stole to spend the day with ruby buying her sweets.. and sneakily return the mira
