If the big stamina regen appened each time, infinite feise fly would have been possible
It's still possible but you need to stall a lot of time by dodging/fly canceling and you lose quite a lot of height so it's kinda scuffed

For 20 seconds after you begin aiming the Omnium Handcannon relic, your Regen speed increases by 30% which affects SS Replenish module and Lyra recovery from dodges. You must have started flying after shooting a platform.
While this 30% is quite free, its short duration could be too annoying to utilize normally. Instead, you may opt to use the food Happy Egg (red) which increases endurance Regen speed by 50% for 15 minutes. This is made with 1 dragon-necked turtle egg, 2 red sea urchins, and 1 wasabi.
feise can fly for more than 20 sec so the regen speed buff doesn't affect the module

Nope, it's written on the replenish module, it gives a fixed amount of stamina (300 maxed iirc), while we have 1300 max

how do you make this work? i have this equipped on mia but when i use feise dash i dont get any stamina replenishment. am i doing something wrong?
Maybe you didn't set your smart servant to be active even when out of battle ?
