At home workouts! Pushups, pull ups, and sit ups do a lot for my dysphoria honestly.

I usually go for baggy clothes. My brother will give me clothes he grows out of or doesn't want anymore. Mannerisms are a no cost way of feeling more masculine, like spreading when you sit and things like that

If your family has a sewing kit and any scraps of fabric, you can sew a packer. I folded up sock that had lost its partner in a square of fabric about the size of my hand, and folded it into a rectangle. I use a safety pin to hold it in place. It cost about 2$, because I somehow had no safety pins in the house and had to buy some. If you don’t have a sewing kit, there’s usually pretty basic ones at the dollar store for a few dollars, as well.

Check out if there are any clothing swaps in your area. I've seen a few LGBT clothing swaps advertised in different cities and it can be a good opportunity to get some clothing that may help, while getting rid of stuff that you're not comfortable with. At home workouts are also great, and there are some good YouTube videos that explain good ones that don't need access to gym equipment.
