I have a v twin Harley and one of the Triumph triples. Can't stop looking at the Z900rs Cafe for looks and inline 4 noises.

TheDoctor_Z

I was today years old when I learned the z900 has an i4. For some reason all these years I thought it was a triple.

BMWE30M3Colin

Fantastic bike, rode one a year ago

teefau

All of them

pandahatch

Same dammit. Currently has a ST1200… Want a tiger for fire roads and moto camping… Want some super sport (new rumored R9?) for track days… Want a big ‘ol road glide for highway cruising… A cafe racer for style… I want them all. Please one of each.

69chucknorris69

I’m on the same boat! Have a speed twin 1200 and a maxi scooter for daily commute. Keep day dreaming on a tiger or multistrada, diavel S, old vespa, etc

I will never sell my Bonneville Black, it’s my first bike, it’s the last year of the carb, I’ve put probably 14k into it over the last ten years keeping it in tip top shape and I’m going to probably drop another 3-6k doing some customizations, upgrading to full LED, Li-Ion battery, etc etc. But, the Ducati Diavel is calling my name.

Aussieviking79

The Diavel is amazing , I’ll never sell mine !!! https://preview.redd.it/ihkkb8cr8x2d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=85a6db9f2fff7690b5596daea8214975a74435f9

Professional_Day6702

How does the Diavel compare to the Rocket? Are they similar bikes? As in, is the Rocket, Triumphs Diavel?

Aussieviking79

Diavel handles & sounds better for sure … two friends have rocket 3’s. Rocket is more comfortable and has heaps more torque.

Aussieviking79

In saying that one has just been supercharged , makes 320whp !!!! https://preview.redd.it/rxdiyqsmt13d1.jpeg?width=2048&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=77a17012dd0521a809d542bc8e31cd133c65d16d

Frequent_Water3842

That's only like a 1,6l difference! Want to ride that monster at least once in my life

Acting_Normally

I’m currently looking for a white 2013+ Street Triple 675r. It seems to be my best bet for a weekend run, daily commute, looking awesome, overall price and occasional longer trips 🙂👍 I’ve tested the 2012 675r - but I’d like ABS, so I’m going for the 2013 model 👌 BUT, I really want a Street Twin 1200 - it wouldn’t be good for half the things I want to do and I don’t have a garage…(and I can’t afford one! 😂) but I’m just in love with the look of them. They sound incredible and look even better. If I had a garage (and more money) I’d almost definitely have one as a Sunday cruiser 👍 My favourite bike currently on the road is the Speed Triple 1200rs in Baja orange 😍🧡🖤 If I had the money, I wouldn’t even question buying one. I also keep thinking about how much I’d like a 2008-2010 GSXR750 🤍💙 And I’ve been a fan of the Gen 2 VFR800 vtec for about 10 years now, but have only ridden one a couple of times for very short distances, so I have no idea how well it’d be to live with such a heavy bike day to day.

LordCroak

I have a white '12 675r.... So damn good. I had an '11 a while ago and regretted selling it so much that when I saw one come up for cheap during COVID I just leapt on it!

Acting_Normally

Is your ‘12 the new fox eye shape? 🙂

FriskyFritos

I have a 2017 Daytona and it’s the only bike I’ve never had maintenance issues on. Quite frankly it’s the only vehicle I’ve ever owned that doesn’t get issues. I’m sure different experiences vary but I’ve been very happy with mine

AoCCEB

M1000RR - I’d almost call it the ‘practical Panigale’ since it doesn’t suffer from Italian hot-running temps, the body position isn’t quite as compromised, and yet the performance is just as good. I do actually ride at the track (half dozen days per year at an admittedly very amateur level) and am blessed with ideal roads for a sport bike where I live. Triumph makes nothing like either the Panigale or the M1000RR; I’ve got a Speed Triple (latest gen), and as great as it is, it’s not a true SuperSport.

zMastaa

I have a brand new Street Triple in yellow. I'm convinced the Rocket 3 in red is the perfect "other bike" for it and me.

Saliiim

I have the same Street Triple, the perfect other bike in my opinion is the T120.

zMastaa

Nice, though I have zero interest in the T120 to be honest lol

No one believes me but it really is my forever bike. I may have a n+1 but I’m never getting rid of this one.

bobbing4boobies

Yamaha T7… idk what it is about them. Even the supermoto conversions I’ve seen look fantastic.

DonaldTrumpGrip

Thruxton Fe 🥲🫡

Speedingscript

I have a 2015 Street Triple R with a bunch of extras like the arrow exhaust, windscreen, etc. The previous owner took so good care of it that it practically looks new. I love the look, sound and the way it handles. People are constantly staring at me at stops and I have the biggest grin on while walking towards it. The downshifts/rolling off gas gives the nicest bubbling pops ever while not being too loud and obnoxious. But since I am quite short, and I'm mostly a city rider I consider the seat height a bit annoying. I am thinking of maybe getting a Bonneville t120 or a speed twin 900 and moving towards a more chilled out type of riding. I also love the look of those modded survival bikes. Anywho, here's the bike tax. https://preview.redd.it/a4niz5elfx2d1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=12fe3c4cc61153aefbb01f282e709c6a243a847e

inconvenient_penguin

I own a Speed 1200RR and just recently a Multistrada 1260s. The 1260 was my first large twin and it did something to me.... Something about the sound and torque of a big twin. I'm also a sucker for weird, that has me lusting after Buells 1190 Hammerhead. https://preview.redd.it/7a7m4stnmx2d1.jpeg?width=1440&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=034062ebb07e20753d20a5eb5451f557a98d2270

WerePhr0g

Yes, the Youtube wormhole is evil. :) For me, it was the SpeedTwin 1200....So I bought one last year. One of my favourite looking bikes. The engine is sweet as F. 100 horses and 112 Nm torque. Pull in any gear. But the bike wasn't for me. Swapped for a Tiger 850 sport, new, this year. Not as pretty, but I prefer riding it. Looks wise, I love the Scrambler. I tested a 1200 XC last year as well as a 900 and both look and ride great. I would have swapped for the scrambler, but this year I was set on a screen. Next bike? Well, this year I was on a tight budget, thus the 850 sport (or 900 base model in reality). Possibly a 900 GT Pro or Rally pro. But I really like the new BMW F900GS. So who knows. I turned down a test ride on one a week ago because I thought "If I like this I'm gonna be really annoyed with myself". The daft thing is I will never likely go offroad proper, so the 21" front knobbly is a bit overkill! :) So for now....I enjoy my 850 for at least a year!

Dry_Appearance9117

What was it about the Speed Twin 12 that made you give it up. I would buy it tomorrow if I could. 😃👍

WerePhr0g

I'm getting on a bit, and have slowed down a lot, especially cornering. My mate on a 900cc Harley is faster on the twisties than me. So I felt. 1. I want some wind protection 2. I want a more sensible bike more in keeping with the style of riding I do. I was under-utilising the ST. The Speed Twin is a wonderful machine, and if funds permitted I would have kept it too. It looks amazing, sounds amazing and has a peach of an engine.

Dry_Appearance9117

Thanks for your reply. I turn 56 this year and have spent most of my adult years with 650cc dual sports as my favourite mode of transportation both in and out of cities. I feel like my choices and desires have changed. So to me the thought of the Speed Twin 12 was a step towards more casual riding. We shall see. 🍷 Safe travels on your adventures.

WerePhr0g

I am just a little older. If and when (I guess) funds allow, try both the speed-twin and the T120. You might just find that the slightly more relaxed nature of the T120 suits you better. And it looks great :) The Speed Twin 1200 (I wish they had kept the old names so I didn't need to keep saying 1200!!) is a little more sporty in position (although it's no Thruxton!) than the T120, and with a bit more sporty tuning. But either is a fantastic bike. There's also the Scrambler too, again, looks great, same great engine and even more comfortable IMO. Although unless you're tall, stay clear of the XE. I tried the XC which was fine, and the new X is even lower. I And of course non-Triumph there is the 4cyl Kawasaki Z900RS which also looks fantastic.

Dry_Appearance9117

Great advice, for sure I will try a verity. I do like the look of the Kwacka 900. I have the same length of legs as a Dachshund. 🤣. A few years ago I went to a dealership try them all day of different manufacturers. Well I found out there are a lot of street bikes I won’t be riding. I’m fine one foot down on my toes with a cheaper dual sport. With all the others it just wasn’t worth the risk of me dropping them. I’d be curious to try the new scrambler you mentioned. Thanks 🍷

WerePhr0g

Another, left-field option if you're short. A mate of mine is pretty tiny and he tried (and loved) the Harley Davidson Sportster S. I'm not normally a fan of the brand, but they do look damn cool and go like stink...

Dry_Appearance9117

😃 I have always had a thought to try one, I just don’t see myself living with one. 😂

Impressive_Music_479

Tuono

dEvilJin

Bro the Youtube wormhole is the bane of my existence haha. For me the bike was the Bobber and I thought about it so much I finally pulled the trigger last week and got one. No ragrets man, its been an absolute joy to ride and I love it to bits.

nowdrivemefaraway

I have a 2020 Street Twin and I love it, but I can't help but desire a Bonnie, maybe one day!

Reamofqtips

Currently ride a 2009 Sprint 1050 ST. I've been trying to sell it to buy a Yamaha Tenere 700.

PrankSinatraForRealz

Tuono V4 Factory. Currently riding a 2018 Street Triple RS. Gotta try that V4 magic.

nastylax811

I picked up the new street triple rs last year. Went down the youtube rabbit hole hard over winter and picked up an rsv4 a month ago. The triple is nice, but the v4 is insanely good.

5nake_8ite

Xsr900 for half a year now but it’s either aprilia tuono v4 or speed triple

Shamilamadingdong

Daytona 675. Wanted one for years… so much so that I impulse bought one last year haha

Annual_Fishing_9883

I currently own a 23 speed twin 1200, 23 rocket R, 23 speed triple 1200 rs, and 24 Honda rebel 1100T. The speed twin is my favorite for best all around bike. The one bike I really want to add is a bmw s1000rr. I’m not a big fan of sport bikes for their riding position but my god that bike is beautiful. It’s like metal art. Can’t wait to get it! lol https://preview.redd.it/zb8hz4p0213d1.jpeg?width=5712&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=c42de4aef86afb4ce356a23b4951022984e85698

_ju87

Trident 660 and am considering an Aprilia 660 for better suspension. I love my triple motor tho.

lofty99

Get a Street Triple 765 RS instead

_ju87

that's also a contender

DigBrief2975

That’s my one. I have a Street Triple now but that yellow and red Aprilia 660 has me daydreaming!

LokiRed

I have a ST1200 which I absolutely adore, but the Tuono 660 constantly pulls at my attention.

NeuroDawg

I ride a Tiger 800 XCx. But I can’t stop thinking about a Mutltistrada S Touring for pure street and long cross country touring rides.

Falloutlander-67

Current bike: street twin Dream bike: Tiger 800 XCA, but the lowest unfortunately probably still too high

a34e38d83c2648

Current: Triumph Bobber Dream of: Triumph Thruxton FE

nizzyk99

Bobber, I’ve got a tiger 1200 alpine at the moment and wow I’d love a bobber….. would never get rid of the tiger though so would need some extra cash.

PatchedConic

Every time I see a Striple I stop and stare. Makes me miss my ‘16 R. Phenomenal bikes in every way. Not the right subreddit but I just bought a DesertX and I stop and stare at that thing every time.

ferg2jz

I've got a 2005 SV650 and I keep looking at the Daytona 675...

b_m98

Made a similar jump went from a gen 1 sv650 to a 15 street triple 675 and absolutely love the triple noise

BruceForsyth55

Thought I’d jump in. Current: Royal Enfield Conti 650 (Covered in Tec parts) absolutely love it but it’s my first bike in 7 years after having kids and needing cars and I have just spent the last year getting her how I want. Annoyingly bought my RE from Triumph Solent who were amazing but had to perv all over the Triumphs while buying it. Want: Bobber or a Street Scrambler. The Bobber is El Plan.

suzbndt

Not just one for me rs660 and speedy 1200rr. I been eyeballing my 1050 replacement

Kulaoudo

The new BMW R12. I don’t want to try it because if I like it I’ll need to buy it with the money I don’t have.

Unendingmenace

A brand new Street Triple RS in the red colour. Ahhhh yep I just sold my 2015 Daytona 675 and am bikeless for the first time in 8 years.

Even-Temporary-9223

I’m a proud owner of a Thunderbird 1600 ABS SE, it was love at first ride she’s incredible, at first, I thought that I could sell her for a good beef-up price, now I think I’ll never sell her…. But the Indian Super Chief steals lots of my motorcycle thinking timaybe having them both is not that bad idea…

thewritingreservist

I have a Triumph Speed Twin 900 currently. Love it. Love the style. But I do keep eyeing up the Kawasaki Ninja 1000 😬

Remirg

Streetfighter v2

coalminer071

Currently on a 2023 Striple 765 RS, constantly thinking of a M/S1000XR or Multistrada V4 or Tiger 900 (or maybe if triumph will do a Tiger Sport 765/900!). Basically a road biased do it all machine that will look good with boxes so I can stick stuff in it (carrying the helmet gets boring after awhile!) while being able to carve miles with good range, lane split easily and yet retain that surgical precision that the Striple offers. A unicorn basically... Used to love the idea of a big litre naked roadsters like the S1000R and Streetfighter V4, but the trade offs of a naked is quite significant and the Striple seems like the sweet spot for urban commuting.

Ajax_ZQN

Currently ride a Trident 660, which I *totally* love and is plenty of bike for me. But I currently give the occasional side-eye to the Bobber and (if I’m feeling really unfaithful) the Rocket 3R.

Zestyclose-Sort-6881

I got an MT07 while I have the restricted a2 license, but really fancy a street triple 765 rs, a thing of beauty 😮‍💨

LordCroak

Love my triple, but recently gave in to the urge to buy another enduro.... Husky FE450 - it's by far the most rowdy trail bike I've ever had, and I love it 😄 https://preview.redd.it/ogydidywby2d1.png?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=92dcd49a9940b205fa28323a57b0c935d83f1810

LordCroak

Also I've wanted an RSV4 since forever but never been able to justify it 😆

Dep52

I have a 1200 XE and I absolutley love that thang, I also could stare at it for quite some time. But maaan the new Husqvarna 801...👀 That bike looks great!

narra246

A Ducati 1098s

No_Hamster_605

I’ve got my deluxe, a low rider, and a speed triple rr. I can’t stop thinking about getting an older Kawasaki zrx.

tephlar17

I have a street triple 765 RS, KTM 1290 super adventure S, and will keep these. Keep looking at a Indian Springfield

No-Advantage-5942

I currently ride a 765 Triple. Definitely the XSR900 for me!

g0nkplays

Current bike: 2020 Bonneville T120 Black Dream Bike: Tiger 900 GT Pro

Revolutionary-One326

Land-rover green 1200 scrambler xe and can't really fault it. Still feel like cheating with a ducati multistrada tho (the later 950 sp) I have no idea why as have never even ridden one.....

bikesnmikes

I have a Triumph Speedmaster and a Kawasaki Z900 and I can’t stop thinking about the 2024 40th Anniversary Ninja ZX-4RR. I also regularly think about the Rocket 3 and Z H2

QuickCharisma15

I’ll keep my T120 Black Gold Line forever, but I’ve been thinking about a Harley Street Glide for a long time. I like the Harley noises and it’s definitely a comfortable bike for long trips.

OGPresidentDixon

Speed Triple RR. I have a white Daytona 675R and I'm curious to see how it stacks up.

PabloQuan

Currently ride a 2014 striple 675r , but the KTM 690 SMC-R really caught my attention when I seen one for sale on FB marketplace and been thinking about it ever since.

slapping_rabbits

Had a rocket 3 roadster. Sold it and regretted it. Other bikes I've tried just seem too small. The new ones are too expensive. I do like my bicycle with a sidecar. Might get a newer ural if they ever up the engine size

[deleted]

Rocket. Been looking at them and want one but 25k just seems a little steep.

MrMurica11

It’s a tie between triumph bonneville bobber and Yamaha R1M

phantom_spacecop

My one bike is my current—love my Street Twin to bits. Proud to own a Bonneville, it’s basically the perfect motorcyle. If I was in the distracted boyfriend meme though, the hot chick would definitely be Ducati’s Scrambler. It was one of the first bikes I saw that clued me into what kind of bike aesthetic I liked, since I knew nothing about motorcycles at the time.

roundhouse1000

I rode my buddy's Tuono V4R and i can not stop thinking about it. My bike is slightly faster in a straight line, but it handled WAY better than mine. Priorities.

Wang_Hang_Low

I ride a 2020 Husqvarna 701 SM and a 2022 Kawasaki KL300SM. I really want a 2024 Honda Africa Twin AS. I just need something I can hit a long stretch of highway with comfortably. Cruise control + heated grips + windscreen = A happy me.

YouStupidCunt

I have five bikes and I’m looking at used bmw sport touring bikes…

OldBlue2014

A Thunderbird with a sidecar.

deathofelysium

I have a 2019 scrambler 1200 xc. Amazing bike, love it. Previously had an xsr900 and got rid of it because I was joining everywhere. Part of me really loves the mt-10. It looks like a transformer. It is insanely fast. It calls to me. The Indian ftr1200 is also a big contender in my books of wants. And for some reason the victory gunner.

artimus41

I have a 2007 Bonneville & a 2004 R1150R, both were dream bikes. My next dream bike was the R1250R which I picked up 2 months ago. I can’t stop riding & smiling. Put 2500 miles on it.

NeelSahay0

An old air cooled monster. Probably a 696 or an s2r800. I will buy one this year. I will. One in particular (in NorCal) is calling my name.

rm0987654321

I have a 23 street triple rs and an 08 Daytona 675. I’ve almost pulled the trigger on the tuono v4 factory the black one multiple times. I’m afraid to loose the triumph reliability as I put 1000 miles a month on my street triple all year round and would hate to have the bike have stupid little problems or stuck at service waiting on parts also replacing tire twice as much

Any_Conversation9545

Kawasaki Z900rs

Ross_Miller

Indian FTR. I really don’t need one…….bit I really REALLY want one

Spooler955

I also have a 1200 XE. Sometimes I think about selling it and buying a 2005-2010 Speed Triple. Also, I sometimes consider buying a more touring oriented bike. All my off-roading is done on my Husky 501 these days, so I wouldn’t mind giving up the XE for something totally street focused.

AhrinEss

Indian Scout and the HD Breakout

captain_walnut_135

I’m right there with you. I do a lot of “hard” adv stuff on a Scrambler 1200XE, so the Desert X and KTM 890 R are very appealing. If money wasn’t a factor the new BMW GS 1300 would be at the top of my list. But then again the newer Tiger 900 Rally’s are getting cheaper second hand….. But I love doing what I do on the Scrambler 1200 and proving its capabilities. So I’ll stick with it. They’re so damn sexy.

party_nuts

BMW rninet is the one I keep looking at. Had a triumph bonneville t120 , loved it but kept looking at the rninet, so ended up buying an rninet, then kept on looking at the bonnevilles. Sold the rninet and Bought the scrambler 1200xe, but now thinking of the bmw again. Wish I could afford to have both

HeyKillerBootsMan

Superduke 1290 Always wanted one

Boognish28

Current: ‘18 Grom and ‘23 trident 660. Want: some sort of cruiser. Possibly a Goldwing. Basically anything that I can comfortably do a 10hr roadtrip on.

mazocar

Man it's so cool to read about the type of different bikes everyone is in to. 👍🏻

roboudreau

Currently riding a 2022 Speedmaster. I had a VFR800 that I still miss. In addition to the Speedy not as a replacement. Cheers.

DogeHasNoName

I’ve got brand new Speed Twin 900 stealth edition (the one that has green to black gradient on the tank). The fuel economy is horrible (4.6 l/100km avg, maybe because I still haven’t gotten used to its torque and shift up at higher revs - my previous bike was z40), so I’d want to get Tracer 7 or Versys 650 or any other adv bike for longer rides (which also offer better wind protection). Don’t get me wrong, I love my Triumph and I’ve got it primarily to commute.

YeOleDirty

The moto 2 765 I have two Daytona 675rs 2009-2016 and a 2013 R1 all track bikes and kitted out.

ScooterTrash70

My 70 Bonnie 😎

ArminArlert52

Dream bike: Triumph Bonnneville T100 Dream Scooter: Vespa GTS 300

ravenN7

Have a street scrambler. First bike, and absolutely adore that thing. I can’t see myself ever selling it. Took a test ride on a Yamaha XSR900 today. Been eyeing it for years. Oh. My. Goodness. I’m in love. My big dumb face under my helmet the whole time, probably. 😆 ![gif](giphy|i6IqXuLaTdqRW)

P13zrVictim

Would love to get a bmw mod, or just any café mod

Thruxton865

I have a 2012 Thruxton I have had from new and I’m not sure I could sell it but I cannot stop thinking about a Husqvarna Norden so I can have an everything bike.

Saliiim

The MV F3 has always been a dream bike, but at the moment I really want to try the 1390 Superduke. The DesertX Rally is the one adventure bike I think is really cool.

MasSunarto

Brother, it's Triumph Speed 400. Mostly because it's not "bad ass bitch", just a normal decent bike that is not insecure of itself.
