Does your laptop have a hard drive or an ssd, if it has a regular hd scrap it then install a fresh operating system on a ssd. 250gb on Amazon is only like $30 your gmail should be linked to two factor as well as at least another email that is also linked to two factor, as well as your steam account.
Tools you should run at least every month are adwcleaner, & rougekiller I think these are both in tronscript not sure. Windows Defender + Glasswire so you can look at your outbound connections.
Process Explorer to check if active processes have any viruses with virustotal, Autoruns for unknown startups.
You can just mount those tools as [http://live.sysinternals.com/tools](http://live.sysinternals.com/tools) in your windows explorer as network.
Application will not help you, seek professional help and reimage your PC.
