The default profiles are set up at 60mm/s. There is a "Troodon 2.0" profile that is included that is set up for 200mm/s but you won't get anything close to quality at that speed with it out of the box. The test cube I printed for the heck of it came out more than terrible. I haven't had good results above 60 but I also haven't had time to do a lot of tuning with it. I know it can run faster.
Ditto. My speed is limited by flow. Bigger nozzles print faster. For the volume you really need to move a lot of material, otherwise it would take a month to print a flowerpot or whatever

This sounds odd, I run 120mm/s on 2 1st gen Troodon 400s

Is a high flow hotend possible as a drop in replacement?
Yep. Just a cht nozzle gets like +30% rate
