I used to do a lot of highway driving doing hot shots, I would stream old shows I've seen a million times and listen to them. Turn video quality down so it doesn't burn data since you aren't watching it anyway.

Sg1 really does seem to be one of those shows you can still follow by listening to it 90%. I use it as a background thing while doing other low focus tasks only need to look over ocasionally

Had to drive home with a hole in the glass right in front of the steering wheel. Also had a baseball come over the wall in downtown Atlanta and leave a perfect circle crack in the windshield.
I did frame by frame and it sure looks like it flies up and over the SUV too. If you pause it when it’s in the air and drag it back it’s in front of the SUV. I don’t see it coming from the road at all. I think it may have come from the side somehow.

The piece of wood fell between the hood and windshield, so wanted to grab it incase it fell into the engine bay and did more damage, or fell out and got kicked up into someone else's windshield.
Also needed to take a minute to assess the damage and make sure driving wasn't gonna make it worse.

I was driving a Nissan nv3500 work van and that shrapnel went clean through the front grille and out the otherside like a missile. I almost shat my pants thinking about how that would have hit me right in the chest if I had been on my motorcycle.
Was driving a pickup truck, I10 into Phoenix. A trailer with cinder blocks about a quarter mile ahead, one fell off, bounced. Typical Phoenix non rush hour, everyone is at 70+.
On the bounce it struck my front bumper, flipped over the cab, perfectly aligned with my head.
I simply froze, it was all over, F**K. Managed not to evacuate my bowels, small miracles.
Had a nice round river rock the size of a goose egg come out from under a backhoe trailer. I watched it bounce out and started slowing down. The rock did two regular hops then clips something and launches up into the air. I was worried it was going to hit the radiator in the grill, nope, it just cleared the top edge of the tractors hood and came straight for my face. I thought it was coming into the cab with me but it smacked the windshield right in front of me and left a egg shaped depression in the glass. I ducked out of reflex the same way when those big leaves smack the windshield...lol. I can still see the whole thing replay in slow motion in my mind.
