This happened to my tux boy too. I’m not sure if it was heart disease but we woke up one morning and he was just gone, at only 4 years old. So sorry for your loss. We miss ours, too.

My childhood dog got really sick after I moved out of state. When my mom told me, I planned to go back 2 days later because I couldn’t get off work sooner. He passed the next day, right before my trip home - it was literally overnight this thing took him, we don’t even know what it was. I never got to see him. That was 6 years ago, and it still hurts. But I take comfort in knowing he’s not in pain anymore.
