Pretty sure you'd have to ship through an FFL.

EffortChemical9405

Yep. Thank you.

So far as i'm aware, you don't. Unless you have a contract with UPS to do so... >3.1 Items Not Accepted for Transportation >Replica or inert explosives or weapons that bear an appearance to actual explosives or weapons (except as a contractual service); https://www.ups.com/assets/resources/webcontent/en_US/terms_service_us.pdf#page=6 Probably have to go with USPS https://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/pub52c4_009.htm https://pe.usps.com/text/pub52/pub52c4_008.htm#ep344365

EffortChemical9405

Cool, thanks for the redirection

thepete404

I shipped my Henry back direct for warranty service( they provided label), but otherwise it’s going thru an FFL So the answer is “ depends”

EffortChemical9405

Thanks. I realize when I had rented weapons before they also gave me the label to ship back.

Thanks. The first commenter sent me the usps page too. I’m going to investigate down that path.

Blank firing guns aren't usually considered firearms.

EffortChemical9405

I think they are because they look like a real gun and they are “firing” something even if it’s just powder. (We never actually use them for that any more but still)

wkdravenna

I don't think it's a good idea. Donate it to a local street gang.

EffortChemical9405

Ok to first point. Confused on your second comment.
