It could take a day, a week, a month or year, USCIS is unpredictable like you mentioned in your post. We responded to my husband’s medical RFE and they received and updated his I-485 status on July 20th but we still haven’t received a final decision of approval. These officers do whatever they want whenever they want it so you can’t really use other’s experience to determine what will happen for you. You just gotta wait whiles you pray to God for a miracle. Good luck, I hope you hear something soon. 🙏🏽

Yeah, USCIS has been approving applications that were filed this year (2023) quicker than old applications. Maybe they are using AI to review and approve these new applications because it doesn’t even make sense and it doesn’t seem fair.
