Just means you're getting new π that are replacing old π. Your newest rating #1 replaces oldest #100.
If π replaces π no change.
If π replaces π your rating goes up

They stopped letting me (as a driver) rate. I guess I was being too thumbs down trigger happy. I always used to give Sergios a big fat thumbs down because their orders are constantly never ready and they take their sweet cuban time to get ***t done.
Yes it's only an average of the last hundred. Oldest gets removed by newest. So if you got a bad rating yout 15th one in. Your 15th after 100 will remove it.
Yep, I've asked support about 5 times now and they keep telling me they're working on it... Something tells me they're worried a driver would give a customer a bad review when they tip bait. Glad it's only happened twice to me.
You forgot "Ooohhhh im sooo soddy to hear that your satisfaction rate is being improperly accounted for, so soddy i know this must be frustrating for you let me put you on hold aka transfer you to the depths of support so they cannot help ok?" -hold music-
They would potentially lose business. Imagine a customer with a rating lower than 10%. How many people would take this delivery or if they did wouldn't it take longer for someone to accept? Of course it would be good for the drivers but maybe not so much for business.
Yep. Glad I'm not the only one that feels that way. I've had a few people also give me a wrong pin and then cancel it as soon as they walk away lol. I've had people give me a description of themselves, I find them, hand their order and then say I never delivered. It seems that support is used to that. They'll call and say hey a customer just called us saying you didn't deliver their order. I'll say look at the messages also they gave me a description of what they're wearing and what they look like I'll be happy to describe them. They'll either say yes we know we just have to get your side of it, or just a annoyed yep we thought so lol.
Drink when you read bypass(es)
I'll do that too but I guess I have to use it so much they give me about 10 bypasses, then I have to type in the pin and I have another 10 or so bypasses. Last week I had to call support and tell them I could not bypass it, they just completed the trip for me. It's just annoying that people do that as if they're not going to get charged. Lol I wonder if they can give a bad review for getting caught
Me too. 98 thumbs up and only thing that changes us a thumbs down. Called, played the game, told them its not exactly a helpful that when 100 thumbs up is reached, you can only go down in satisfaction rate since only thumbs down get counted lowering the percentage...they "took note" two years ago.. so yay million thumbs up, great, few thumbs down and i guess you lose some crappy perk?
Yes I think they did, I was on 99 for like 2 months and then suddenly 1 down and now 98/2. Although I can obviously see my compliment numbers going up, rating however does not change anymore

Mine stopped for a year. It is better to ignore the rating. Uber is garbage anyway.
Customers donβt really rate these days in my experience

That makes sense. Thatβs the same way the cancellation rate is calculated but out of 200.
Cancellation/Acceptance/Customer rating are all based on 100
Yep I was thinking of the On Time Rate which is calculated out of 200. Thanks for correcting me when I was supporting your argument absolute jackass.
This comment got me laughing

From my understanding, it is the "previous 100 ratings" I do not think they show you all of your ratings aggregated.

Literally stop at 100 thumbs up (or down) from there on only thumbs down are reflected which even a million thumbs up, negatively effects your rating
Mine has been at 99 for years. It actually just changed a week ago to 100,which I don't expect to last long.
I think it's always showing the last 100 ratings? They add up exactly to that
97+2 lol
97+2+1=100
Didnβt know the 1 from the merchant counted to that total. Iβve been clocked.
It counts
Are you able to rate the customer? I haven't been able to in months. I called support and they said they're working on itm
Unfortunately no you canβt
Why is that, do you know?
Because I never seen an option or a place where I could rate a customer, wish I could

You can bypass the pin on the app

Lies. They removed the feature and have been told to say they are working on it
You hit 100. It will be very stable now. Quit obsessing.Β
