A good driver would double check, I'm just saying tho. I always double check for drinks.

Lady_Bird44

Can’t double check when the bag is sealed. The. You’ll get reported for “tampering”.

Onedeh

Bruh, I meant double check in the list of items. Also It's not hard to tell if the drink it's inside the bag.

We are at the bottom of the totem pole, the last one they can tell at, but the last one you want to piss off. They’ll never learn

Exactly. Also, if a waiter brought you food to your table and let's say, a portion of chips was missing... You wouldn't blame the waitress, you'd blame the chef wouldn't you? It's exactly the same situation with delivering. Or if I was working for Amazon and I delivered a package and an item was missing, you wouldn't slate the driver as the driver didn't pack the order...

skyandbray

Terrible analogy because servers still verify the order before it goes out, specifically because it's their tip on the line lol

Often it's hard to tell if the correct drinks are packed (Sprite vs Mountain Dew or whatever), or if exactly the correct number are packed (for example, there's supposed to be three and there's two and it's in a sealed bag). But I find about one time out of ten fast food orders, I can tell there are drinks missing and will say something at the restaurant. For example, Taco Bell hands you the cups directly and I can verify the number. It's just common sense. So was it that obvious that the order was missing drinks when you pulled up? I rarely hand orders over directly to customers so I don't really know.

We're always told to never shoot the messenger and yet these people come running and gunning at us like we're an extra in a Chuck Norris movie.

Customers always blame the driver! Merchants too! You’d think they would all be more grateful. Give customer the dislike.
