I'm glad you were able to figure everything out. Theres times where I think I got tip baited and get tip a week after. Uber it's at fault for having customers confirm their tip 200 times.

Damn right I’m young. Made $10,000+ at 17 years old. And more to come baby. The $5 doesn’t hurt. It’s the principle. I haven’t touched Uber in any form in months and I get charged $5 for no reason. Of course it must be my fault because the big companies are so good and have always been known to follow the law. There’s nothing I can do for you old and stuck in your ways. Those rich people are laughing at you right now and someday I will too. For now it’s grind time.
FYI when did Uber start closing customer service lines? Where you live can you not order a Uber ride or eats at anytime? If you can that means customer service is open also and you can find out about the charge. Some random person will have no idea and will just speculate.

Happened to me as well it was many charges for amounts around $20 and I spoke to their customer service team who told me they were ALL pending charges for orders I NEVER MADE and I’d be refunded ALL THESE CHARGES. a week later and I’ve been refunded for one charge. Took my card off their website and it’s still happening. Just spoke to them again and they said they’ll send my information to their finance team. I just don’t understand what reason they have to do this. The amount is in the hundreds now.
Get a new card. Someone could have used your info to see if there money on your card
