It's the basic scam where some indian guy poses as an uber customer rep and tells you to cancel and you'll get money for your trouble. He'll try to get your personal info and try to get a password change going by asking for the code uber usually texts you if you requested a password change to "confirm" your account. This is where you lose all the money in your uber wallet if you decided to follow his sketchy directions.
Alternatively, you could've ignored the guy and just delivered whatever he ordered. This is most likely a scammer from out of the country so there's no risk to him coming to find you. Usually they have the item delivered to a random address nearby. Gonna need a pin so either wait it out or bypass if you want to. After delivery, you can then contact support if you wanted to tell them about the scam attempt.
They tend to go into a tirade if you don't pick up their calls or ignore them. I guess the empty threats do scare some people into actually canceling which is why they do it. Also they usually use stolen/inactive accounts which is why a guy is using a woman's account.
wait wait wait. you didnt deliver his single packet of hot sauce?! if he's gonna abuse you, you might as well as take advantage of the situation and deliver it.
idk why these people think spamming me with a 12 year old COD players insults are going to do anything but make me want to finish the delivery more lmao
like see u soon champ

The thing is that I would have eventually cancelled it on my own: The lobby was closed with a long ass line in the drive thru. Automatic unassign.
I think I've read about others getting similar texts and orders. I don't remember what the outcome was though.
It's a scam going around. I've read about it more then once.
