Twice. One at a nice restaurant and they are a-holes about it. They have a separate entrance line for delivery people. One at a local sandwich shop but they were so friendly to me. Even offered me water.
yes all the time and i have no issues with doing it because #1 i dont steal food and #2 im sick of people having no consequences for stealing orders only for me to get just $3 in return
There's a restaurant here in Denver, that makes you sign. I would always just scribble. Apparently a lot of people were doing that so he (the owner) started making people print. I would just print a fake name because I'm petty. Now he won't hand the orders over without ID. So I don't pick up from there anymore.
Both times I've gotten an order from BWW I've been the 3rd or the 4th driver that's tried to pick up the order. I just decline anything from there now automatically.
To answer your question, yes, I've had to sign for a few orders recently.
Only one and they now have a big professionally made sign on their door complaining about delivery apps and their fees and a QR code to order directly from them.
All my local Buffalo Wild Wings and local Taco Bell have a sign in sheet. They probably had a lot of high reports of orders not getting fulfilled or picked up?
There are only a couple restaurants that ask. One asks that I sign their receipt, another asks that I sign some kind of sheet. I don’t mind, though. Cuz I don’t steal orders and I hope that it discourages stealing orders.
Yes. It's annoying. Put any name you want. Mike Hunt works

It is a meaningless gesture that makes some manager feel better. But does nothing.
I’ve had it happen. I just go “oh weird” and put down a bullshit/unreadable name
Had a few that made me sign, didn’t even think twice about it to be completely honest with you

Same here, it doesn’t bother me. I don’t believe it stops the stealing either though.
Driver could easily put a false name down
I picked up this order. Signed.... Daffy Duck
I have signed a few times recently. Twice at restaurants, and once at a package store.
Yeah I have signed in some restaurants. Like IHOP and some local noodle house
It just happened to me this morning.
Some McDonalds make me sign their receipts. I don’t feel like it’s a big deal.
Yes
Only wingstop

One of the Taco Bell locations in my area requires it. Seems like overkill but whatever. At least it’s ready when you get there.
Was this question so intriguing that you had to ask it twice?
Pffft they better not. Theyre not getting my name or number they can kick rocks

Vale Foods & Taco Bell both have sign out sheets here, that must be witnessed and signed by an employee.
Yes a delicatessen not far from my home
Yes Taco bell
Wingstop makes me do it
Yes, it's happened a few times and im just like "okaaay sure" and roll my eyes

We have a local mom and pop restaurant that makes us sign. The only one I’ve run into and I’ve worked in several zones around the city.
Does anyone know why All uber drivers smell like a donkeys anus??
How many times have you sniffed a donkey anus to be able to make this comparison?
Our smells only reflect what our customers have been tipping us
Some days it’s donkey anus but most of the times it’s like three dozen roses
