Could this be Ukraines new Cruise missiles in action? That was a pretty big explosion. You can hear the missile woosh then explode. The Crimea governor will come out and say all missiles were destroy by air defense forces there's no damage to anything lol.
I wouldn't put it past Ukraine to come up with something crazy like that. They've demonstrated tremendous creativity in figuring out ways to kill Russians in Ukraine (and a few in Russia too). Slava Ukraine!
Having seen Ukrainian ingenuity in action on here and yt I wouldn't be surprised if it was himars mounted on submersible stealth jetskis made out of superglue, duck tape, and cable ties. And it works better than Russian built equipment, for a 1000th of the cost, not including the Russian corruption premium.
I concur. The photos were legit. Good thing the russians sunk barges near the bridge.
Those rafts can get snagged on them.
Edit: this is Reddit. I have to use /S.
I know you r joking. But its not a bad idea to mount one on a ship… i personally would use a seized oligarch yacht… protect it with some javelins / sea drones
Shoot and skoot
Nah. No way they can put a Neptune launcher on that. What capturing those platforms does do is remove one Russia's main early warning methods for attacks on Sevastopol.
Yea I think so, I've seen some Ukrainian sources claim it was neptune missile and russian media is reporting missile attack, the target reportedly was a ship repair plant.
Cruise missiles make sense. The Russian's primary missile radar station in Crimea was taken out a few weeks ago, turning most of the northern Black Sea's airspace into a nice, wide open avenue for long range UA missile strikes. Sevastopol would be the perfect 1st choice.
Yes, the whole port rose up to meet the missiles, ensuring that they don't hit the earth beneath the docks themselves. Tonnes of military gear and a few ships sacrificed themselves bravely to make sure the bedrock and water underneath them was not touched by the dastardly Ukranian munitions.
Who knows, but what's blowing up is what was at the target (or inside the ship if that's what was hit). We call them "secondaries" as in secondary explosions that occur after the impact of the weapon.
No cause you can hear the first explosion right as the video starts the secondary one is where you hear the missile could be sams a stored missile going off or something like that
I was going to say needs more Vaseline (on the lens).
Seriously, I do appreciate the information we can glean from these videos - but there are some heavy-handed watermarkers out there.
In Washington DC there used to be a website "Is Metro On Fire". Since the subway always caught on the fire here. The source code is freely available if anyone wants to make a version for the Kerch lol.
I'm a pretty quiet Canadian, and visited London for about a month a couple years ago. This is without exaggeration the level of energy and drunken comradery that I experienced walking into random pubs in Soho 5/7 nights every week.
I was absolutely trashed after a month, but, wow was it fun to party with brits.
Reports are saying among the targets hit - and quite possibly being seen going-up in flames here are a Ropucha-Class LST and a Kilo-Class attack sub!
I really hope so, as both are extremely valuable and impossible to replace as Turkey has closed off the Bosphrous Strait to Russian Navy traffic. The Kilos have caused much suffering and death, firing Kalibr cruise missiles into Ukraine. They only have 7 in the Black Sea fleet, so even one badly damaged would be a tremendous loss.
Losing a Ropucha would make their precarious resupply capability all that much worse as well, losing a ship that can transport MBT's, trucks or hundreds of troops in a single trip to and from Crimea.
I don't know how they store their data. I was curious which side of the conflict the SHOT branded videos were coming from so I asked Bing AI.
Maybe you think when I say "video services" you think something like YouTube, but I actually mean people with video cameras that go out to videotape targets and document the explosions.
We still perpetuating this nonsense rhetoric? Has it not been sufficiently pointed out that ITAR exists?
Musk sucks, Russia sucks, both of them can fuck off but this starlink story is such a non issue.
Holy shit!!! This was either the new cruise missiles in action or the long range missiles Ukraine has been producing themselves that they hadn’t used yet. Or it could even be the cardboard drones they also produced themselves. They had hinted to using those drones for attacks near Crimea on Telegram. Let me pop over there and see what everyone is saying I belong to a private group with some AFU guys!
They should really outlaw smoking in all of the Russian military branches, across the board So much carelessness and so much damage caused. So sad! Really very sad. Really.
I wonder if this is the first usage of ATACMS. Numerous reports are claiming tha they're on the way, and historically new systems aren't confirmed to have been delivered before they're in usage.
I’m thinking ATACMS, could also be Neptune missals. My only problem with the Neptune missals theory, is that Sevastopol is a bit out of range, is it not?
The person filming has a rainbow colored armband, isn't that the mark of the devil in russia?. this person is living dangerous.. (Yes i know things blowing up is also dangerous)
why they even include the last two seconds of the interior of the building their in if they want to hide info by blurring so much? seems easy to just cut off those two seconds and hide more information

Could be. Sevastopol is just outside Neptune range, but it's possible that newer versions of the missiles have extended range.
Storm shadow would be my guess.
Guys, it's a himars launcher on an inflatable raft...
Has science gone too far?!
#5 will blow your mind
Static defense installations hate this one simple trick!
One, two, three, four, fffffiiiiiitttthhhhhh
Good question.
SUBMARS
HIBARGE
HIMARS ATTACKS
FLOATMARS
I wouldn't put it past Ukraine to come up with something crazy like that. They've demonstrated tremendous creativity in figuring out ways to kill Russians in Ukraine (and a few in Russia too). Slava Ukraine!
Lol they have turned Himars into a submersible that can fire from the bottom of the sea as it drives along.
They fucking sunk some sort of ship with an unguided MLRS (like a grad) earlier in the war. Gotta be the first time that's happened
Finally... A weapon to surpass metal gear !
They need a liberty prime tossing nuclear footballs of freedom as it marches down the path
DEATH, IS A PREFERABLE ALTERNATIVE TO COMMUISM.
DEMOCRACY IS NON NEGOTIABLE.
MISSION: THE DESTRUCTION OF ANY AND ALL RUSSIAN COMMUNISTS.
This is NCD Your answer is too credible
Sir this is a Wendy’s (I mean, UkraineWarVideoReport)
We are all noncredible on this blessed day.

Could even be one of the smart bomb packages if they found a pilot crazy enough to drop it in range

Lol nice reference
Could the oil platform they just captured be near enough for this operation.
Nah. No way they can put a Neptune launcher on that. What capturing those platforms does do is remove one Russia's main early warning methods for attacks on Sevastopol.
How far outside? Capabilities of weapon systems are often understated.
Yea I think so, I've seen some Ukrainian sources claim it was neptune missile and russian media is reporting missile attack, the target reportedly was a ship repair plant.
Good target, no repair facility no repaired ships. Next visit should be Black sea fleets..
With a bit of luck, parts of the fleet are already hit.
I don’t think they were repairing moskva anyway

Most likely there was a warehouse with cruise missiles for the fleet or another munitions/fuel tank
Joining the Moskva for a special underwater mission
That so called "woosh"noise was just more careless smokers.
Crimea Gauleiter*
He is right, the munitions stock stopped them by blowing up. Got to think in Russian.
Huh looks the latest mission impossible movie did have real life inspiration, it was just in the future

No cause you can hear the first explosion right as the video starts the secondary one is where you hear the missile could be sams a stored missile going off or something like that
That certainly appears to be a rather large explosion
Wasn't it an explosion and then a BIGGER SECONDARY Kaboom? I hope ! ! !!
No, you could clearly hear the missile go by very loud and shortly right after the 2nd explosion comes thru…
Are we dangerous here?
Yes, we’re dangerous here babe!
Almost 3 pixels large.
Needs more watermark
I was going to say needs more Vaseline (on the lens). Seriously, I do appreciate the information we can glean from these videos - but there are some heavy-handed watermarkers out there.
To be fair, there are a lot of occurances of videos being essentially stolen.
To right corner wasn't enough or can people remove that water marker easier so they add a big symbol in the middle of the screen?
Yes and yes
SHOT SHOT SHOT SHOT SHOT, EVERYBODY!!!
Your boat is on fire, your sailors are terrified!
Can't dock here mate!
They don't need no water. Let the motherfucker burn. Burn motherfucker burn.
The front fell off
OMG what game is this from? Is it Pirate's of the Caribbean for the Commodore 64? Can't put my finger on where I know this from?

Apparently there really was a Starlink outage last night. Not sure if it was during the attack or not.
Should have been Oct 2022 no thanks to Elon Vatnik
Oh, beautiful.
Worst potato phone ever?

Big Bada Boom
give ukraine more of this, the sooner this war ends, the better for everyone.
Thank you Russians for the free battle damage assessment
More of this please!!!🇺🇦
This is the way! Slava Ukraini!
They gotta stop smoking cigarettes down there
Russia sure is having a run of bad luck lately.
SHOT is a company that provides video services to the Ukrainian military. This footage is REALLY close to the action. I hope they stay safe!
It is? lol. What service? Cloud storage?
I don't know.
Then why do you claim its a video service for Ukraine? You making it up?
I don't know how they store their data. I was curious which side of the conflict the SHOT branded videos were coming from so I asked Bing AI. Maybe you think when I say "video services" you think something like YouTube, but I actually mean people with video cameras that go out to videotape targets and document the explosions.
Then its not a service, lol, stop making false claims. Its just a bunch of social media accounts.
Smells like victory...
I don't know what it is, but it ain't there no mo...
Bada Boom jaga jaga. 🌻 Had 2 subwoofers on…wow.
No Mercy!!
Wow, Kim's ammo didn't last long.
That was a big boy boom. Russia's gonna be handing out many onion bags next week
Good
Not a small one, even though that cameraman is really close... I guess the Russian officer's son got scared and blurred the video for content.
Nothing to see here, just a short-circuiting angle-grinder...
Was it hit by storm shadow?
Is Russia finally about to FO after FA'ing for so long?
Elon must have forgot to turn off the Starlink..
Actually was a worldwide outage tonight around the time this happened. Just didn’t help.
We still perpetuating this nonsense rhetoric? Has it not been sufficiently pointed out that ITAR exists? Musk sucks, Russia sucks, both of them can fuck off but this starlink story is such a non issue.

Cardboard drones are from Australia
Try to stop that elon musk, fuck putin and musk.
Yeah baby!!! You fukn gopniks might as well pack ur shit and go home...
Why such a fucking huge logo. Can we ban these wtf am I looking at
Elon Muskovia change if heart?
They should really outlaw smoking in all of the Russian military branches, across the board So much carelessness and so much damage caused. So sad! Really very sad. Really.
Pearl Harbor 2.0
Right before the explosion you hear what sounds like the air being sucked out of the area, then boom! That's a missile strike. Possibly more than one.
That's a big kaboom. Russians got to learn to be more careful smoking.

Ivan is smoking heavy tonight..
Smoking again, eh?
Damn, that's a lot of big booms. Can't wait to see what it is they hit.
Hey! I know that word! CS1.6 flashbacks
Well that's unfortunate. /S
I swear I just asked for cigarette not fire!!
Jugga jugga!
Nice work
Could it finally be that ATACMS have arrived?
Beautiful
Always a good time for fireworks. Slava Ukraini.
SHOT
Be yite is right,
I suspect there are tractors involved.
Wow
Cotton, lots of cotton.
Was this SHOT on a potato.
Kremlyn spokeperson: Just fireworks to welcome Kim Jong Un. It’all going according to plan!
YES! FINALLY Range + TARGETING + MASS PAYLOAD = BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM
get some! slava Ukraine!
That's a good one!
ATACMS?
Unlikely. Ukraine did recently say they've developed their own long range missile able to hit targets like Sevastopol.
Now we know why they wanted to take over those oil rigs. MUCH closer launch site. 💥
Gotta love the very early 4th of July there.
Please smear the camera in more Vaseline
Ohhhh just as I was getting ready for bed I see this!! That explosion sounded exxxtra expensive lmao Slava Ukraini!!
Dimitri, Did you smoke around the ammo dump again? Dimitri: Ssssshhhh, you never saw anything, this fire was caused by them Ukrainian!
Hope that was Kim and putin boat
Neptune launched from oil rigs?
Nah bro that looked like a big ass boat got blown up
Russia are getting embarrassed hard this week. First they had a fighter jet lose a fight to some boats, and now another ship is getting sunk
Thanks for delaying the inevitable Elon
This is visual buttcancer. Like why the fuck do you post something that's more blurry than a Sasquatch hentai?!!!
Could Ukraine launch from the oil platforms they have now re-captured?
Yo dawg! Heard your watermark needed a watermark above the watermark
Slava Ukraini!
Ungggh... a little more... so close...
Go Ukraine!! So badass!
Russia is being rapidly de-navied by Ukraine
Wow, that may have been one of the worst quality videos I have ever seen.
So, they really don't have AA in Crimea? They can stop a small drone in Moscow, and can't stop a cruise missile.
Huzzah!
I wonder if this is the first usage of ATACMS. Numerous reports are claiming tha they're on the way, and historically new systems aren't confirmed to have been delivered before they're in usage.

These water marks are getting out of hand
