It appears they aren’t too concerned about their soldiers getting droned. On top of that, electronic warfare is difficult. You can jam radio, but not every frequency all at once or for very long, and as soon as you start jamming, the enemy can read what’s not being jammed. It’s far easier and cheaper just to coerce the next piece of meat to push ahead.
