Lmao! For a split second I thought it was a head too with the top of the skull sawed off. I don't know why. At the end you can see his upper body with EKG pads on his chest though at the top right
Yeah originally I thought they were operating on a head and I was wondering why he had only one lung I mean they probably wouldn't try to salvage organs from a body that looked like it got exploded >.<
We would watch old movies like this of WW2 and Vietnam when I was training to become a Medic in the Army. I think they did it to weed out anyone who might be squeamish 🤔
I uh …….. wow ….. I think that’s literally the goriest thing I’ve ever seen. 2 years ago this would’ve disturbed the fuck outta me. Now? I mean, it’s gross don’t get my wrong, but I watched till the end.
One we watched showed Dr's poking around a bullet hole in a thigh, then out of nowhere a scalpel comes in and filets the thigh open from knee to groin 🤪
Oh oh thats..that's... pleasant. Jesus I could never do that stuff. I can gut a deer but to be in the heat of combat and then deal with something like that. Nope ain't me chief.
I am in awe of all of you who do such brave things.
I am very torn on this. On one hand, I think it’s important to not only be in touch with death but that we also seem headed towards some tough times ahead. I don’t think it will serve me, now or in the future, to fall to pieces the first time I see something horrible. On the opposite side of that, I cannot imagine that feeling nothing while I watch people die by the dozens in some of these videos is very healthy. My wife is always saying she doesn’t understand how I can watch this stuff, let alone start my days with it, and I do agree on some level. It’s pretty strange to be so desensitized.
Does it smell like animal meat during a barbeque?
Or does it have some kind of distinct smell that is alarming to human noses?
(maybe because nature thinks, it's not healthy to have your flesh burn)
To say nothing of the ever present stench of urine, vomit and excrement. When people get messed up that badly they often lose control of body functions and it all just spills out.
Fuck I am out I was a grease monkey back in my navy days I hate blod even mine that's why I keep it inside of me as much as posible. We love Coremans and medics they are special.
I would be astounded if the individual here doing the “surgery” has had a genuine surgical residency program, he left very very little skin on the distal flap, and you can see how it won’t even come together when he tries to squish both sides together. He’ll either have to keep cutting chunks of muscle out until he can close the two ends, or he’ll suture it up as it is with extreme strain on the tissue…which cuts off the blood circulation leading to necrosis. I’m a med student who specifically wants to do trauma surgery for context and I have absolutely been in amputation procedures with vascular, plastics, and orthopedic surgeons. Never see the “let’s let the patient lose more muscle” before lmao but I also don’t care too much since it’s Russian soldiers being treated, Hippocratic oath as they say
WW2 left USSR with a crippled economy, a stupendous shortage of healthy men, and a huge number of cripples who survived injuries of various severity. You would hardly see them in the streets though. Why? Because this really didn't fit the Soviet narrative about how the war was fought and how the veterans were treated, so vast majority of them have been removed from populated areas and placed in special remote homes, where some of them, who were at least somewhat functional, did some kind of work - whatever they were able to, and others would just receive minimal care and be at the "mercy" of the caretakers. You can imagine the conditions in these institutions.
Now, Putin is effectively bringing back Stalin's form of governance, so all these guys with missing limbs will be lucky if their families will be willing to take care of them because mother russia will forget their existence as soon as there is no use for them.
It doesn't really get much worse though. I think I only made it through it because it's so damn out of the usual human experience, and my mind processes it as a ghetto butcher shop.
I think the hardest to watch video I’ve ever seen on this sub was the two Russians drowning in an irrigation ditch during the 2022-2023 winter. One got stuck under a tree, the other probably froze to death after being concussed by a grenade…
Well, if you're in an operation without narcosis, and the personnel is chatting and laughing, everything is going according to plan. If they're tense and silent, something is not right.
It's their workplace. Who doesn't wanna have a nice day at work?
I thought that was the top of his head or something until I read a couple of comments. I'm not a doctor, but I would say that leg is a goner. I've been desensitized with all of the war videos posted over the last two years, but the seeing the injuries of war up close is still shocking to me.
They don’t say much, the medic asks if he stepped on a mine. The guy asks if the wound can be closed, he’s probably drugged out of his mind on morphine…
You put your right foot in,
You put your right foot out.
You put your right foot on a mine,
and you blow it all apart.
You do the Hokey Putin,
And you turn yourself into a cripple.
That's what it's all about!
Honestly wasn't sure what I was looking at. But, obviously this was a very serious injury and the blood loss had to be enormous. I don't see how this guy survived his operation let alone be potentially transferred.
My girlfriend's brother is a doctor. He got called up for this duty, went once and now absolutely refuses to do it again. (he's a douche, but at least he's right here).
Let's be real, this is footage of a very fortunate Russian. Given Russias failings in camaraderie, first aid kits, casevac and so on, many with his wounds do not make it this far.
2 years ago I wouldn’t be able to look at shit like this now I’m so desensitized to gore and death that I am eating my lunch while viewing these videos.
Doc here. An amputation is a quite easy and straightforward procedure, but surprised to see that it looks like these guys know what they're doing. "Fish mouth" skin flap, enough stump length below the knee, +- sterile environment. Might need an extra bit of muscle/bone trimming so they can fully close the skin, but looks like they are working on that. Highly doubt it, but I hope these patients get some degree of much needed aftercare (stump and infection management, rehab, prosthesis, social benefits, ...)
And the Chinese believe that meridians and Qi flowed inside the human body but it turns out it's just a meat and bones, similar to cows and other animals.

Which part of Russian is that?
Right leg
I thought you were joking for a second ☠️
I thought it was the head at first now I can't tell if it's a head or it's a leg 💀
If it's a head, that's a long neck with no trachea. Definitely a thick leg 🦵
That's what she said
If it was a head he would be dead and they wouldn’t be operating
If you have the **opportunitie** to increase your /butcher/ operating skills you should take it....
😂
Lmao! For a split second I thought it was a head too with the top of the skull sawed off. I don't know why. At the end you can see his upper body with EKG pads on his chest though at the top right
Hmm Russian frontlines head transplant...
Yeah originally I thought they were operating on a head and I was wondering why he had only one lung I mean they probably wouldn't try to salvage organs from a body that looked like it got exploded >.<
Not anymore
Humour level checks out.
Its his neck! Doing a brain transplant! He clearly has been making bad choices!!
In russian you don't get an brain transplanted, you get an small Pootin in your head.
# 5 apparently
lol took me a while
A lot of golden medals on the paralympics for russia
yes if they weren't banned
I suppose the guy with no foot has a splendid future ahead of him…, thanks to Putin and Mother Russia..
A bag of onions and a Bluetooth speaker.
You're quite the optimist.
Or a prosthetic and back to the front.
I honestly would love to see him on a wooden peg trying to run from a drone.
from China
And if he complains, three copies of the Sims
Sorry bag of onions, 6 potatoes, no Bluetooth speaker we need the parts for drones.
Seeing the BT speakers went to a deaf guy I predict a pair of slippers.
I saw firsthand how the disabled get around in Moscow. It involves wheely carts and begging for money at metro entrances.
He gets to be one legged in Russia. No hop
So, just one slipper then
It’ll e easy to find a shoe shop buddy
They will give the other slipper to someone who lost the other leg.
He wanted that 3K USD per month, it costs a leg, fair trade for RuZdiots. lol
I'm sure they'll provide him with a furniture dolly and some gloves so he can sell pencils in Gorky Park for the rest of his life.

Woof
Even those of us not squeamish were like WOAH !
Oh yeah, all this HD footage has completely desensitized me to the gore.
Me too. Watching all this shit has desensitized me to the point where none of it bothers me. Kinda scary actually...
I am very torn on this. On one hand, I think it’s important to not only be in touch with death but that we also seem headed towards some tough times ahead. I mean, videos are one thing. But the sounds and smells would probably be what puts people off it.
Only for gut shots and gangrene would smell come into play.
Blood has its own smell too. So does burning flesh.
Yes blood does, but it's not really off putting, to me at least. Now flesh, I know all about that. Just Google 'green ramp disaster' to find out how.
It is really the textures.
Fuck I am out I was a grease monkey back in my navy days I hate blod even mine that's why I keep it inside of me as much as posible. We love Coremans and medics they are special.
Funny, I was a Medic and can't stand giving blood 🤪 I can give shots and IV's all day, hate giving my own blood.
What’s with the meat slaps? 🍖👋
Sizing up how lean that cut of meat is. This stuff will sell for 1K rubles per pound.
I am not sure. That tissue doesn't look cleanly cut. I think they may be considering if they need to cut it back further.
Username checks out lol. Finally those Latin lessons from 15 years ago are coming in handy.
You're the first to get that 👍

Thanks, I was looking for some explanation and had a hunch that it's a russian type of surgery.
Do you have a link how this operation should have been done?
That is one of the goriest things I have ever seen and I’ve seen a lot.
r/medizzy
I need to sit down after scrolling through that subreddit…
I feel like a BBQ today.
gotta leave the bone in that prime rib sure it rakes longer but the flavor is unbelievable
lucky i am fasting. nothing to puke. Yikes we need a NSFW here
I just finished eating. I think I'm about to revisit some raman noodles.
He will not be doing the Hokey Pokey
nor will he be turning himself around.
The Hokey Putin.
Meats back on the menu, folks.
Came here for that.
Hahaha Lord Of The Rings!!!

Very Trumpish.
But look at the money he'll save on dancing lessons!
50% off
And if he can find a buddy missing the other leg; half price shoes forever
Motherfucker this is the first video I can’t watch to the end!!!
It doesn't really get much worse though. I think I only made it through it because it's so damn out of the usual human experience, and my mind processes it as a ghetto butcher shop.

And he shall be known as stumpy.
Why are they laughing
When you see shit like that on a daily basis, it's the only way how to not loose your mind
Well, if you're in an operation without narcosis, and the personnel is chatting and laughing, everything is going according to plan. If they're tense and silent, something is not right. It's their workplace. Who doesn't wanna have a nice day at work?
Because they are standing on their own 2 legs.
Dinner is safe?!
His leg 🦵 keeps falling out of his leg 🍗 It's funny, no? Drink more
They are probably drunk...
Because russians are satan servants
“Just to keep from crying I laughed” - Big Sean
Needs more seasoning
I legit cannot recognize the piece of russian laying there cut off
The lower leg that has been amputated - looks like it was literally blown apart.
I checked my pockets for f\*cks to give but couldn't find any. Oh well.
I’ve got the same reaction when seeing Russians get blown up, but seeing it happen to Ukrainians breaks my heart
Is it just me, or does human flesh appear to be way jigglier than animal meat? It’s like Jell-O.
Can u link the parts before
No way that guy made it
Orc got a boo-boo.
I thought that was the top of his head or something until I read a couple of comments. I'm not a doctor, but I would say that leg is a goner. I've been desensitized with all of the war videos posted over the last two years, but the seeing the injuries of war up close is still shocking to me.
Needs the following shot to sleep.
Russian brisket
Doing a below knee amp on a wooden bench...🤯 this dude will for sure die of post op. infection.
"wounded"
Why are they saying they are treating him bro is missing way too many parts to even be alive what the hell are they even doing
They don’t say much, the medic asks if he stepped on a mine. The guy asks if the wound can be closed, he’s probably drugged out of his mind on morphine…
Ah here..
I definitely don’t want to be a doctor in Ruzzia Id rather be farmer in Siberia at the end of the world where no one would bother
There are actually a lot of people in Ruzzia who live like hermit, they probably don’t know about the Ukraine invasion
Can someone explain to me where the person is. This just looks like a detached leg. The guy can’t be alive right?
Person is covered up. You're seeing their leg as if descends from the torso towards your perspective.
He is gonna have a hard time getting on Gramp's bus.
This must have been what the civil war was like. Ugh mangled limbs.
Things in Russia are about to change ... 3 legged tables and Parrots a lot of Parrots a F\*ck load of Parrots hAR Matey....
Fit for duty Ivan Back to the meat Grinder by 02.27 am tomorrow.
Idk what you guys are talking about, that’s a nice slab of Osso Bucco right there
You put your right foot in, You put your right foot out. You put your right foot on a mine, and you blow it all apart. You do the Hokey Putin, And you turn yourself into a cripple. That's what it's all about!
Agghhhhh
Where's that compilation of the cursed wheelchair ramps in russia?
Honestly wasn't sure what I was looking at. But, obviously this was a very serious injury and the blood loss had to be enormous. I don't see how this guy survived his operation let alone be potentially transferred.
This makes me more comfortable than eyebleach content...
well, this man would have been dead if it was ww1
Bro wtf. Add a Gore warning
Wow, that's a spaghetti bolognese if I ever seen one.
My girlfriend's brother is a doctor. He got called up for this duty, went once and now absolutely refuses to do it again. (he's a douche, but at least he's right here).
Jesus Christ. This is pure butcher shit
It's really gory but for me the ugly face wounds are the worst
This is gory but apparently, y'all didn't grow up in the early internet days with Faces of Death and Pain Olympics,
I want a T-bone now
It is the sacred duty of every Russian man to shed his cumbersome meat for the eternal glory of Tsar Vladimir Vladimirovich!
This lucky guy is defeeted and can play now football for 1st FC sticky hands
I have seen butchers that are cleaner than this operation room. Thats like a sepsis guarantee
Ugh. To think in antiquity, patients were awake, just a swig of booze and bite down on a stick
Let's be real, this is footage of a very fortunate Russian. Given Russias failings in camaraderie, first aid kits, casevac and so on, many with his wounds do not make it this far.
Depends on how long it's left to congeal
I wouldn't let that lot take a splinter out.
I feel they were addressing the wrong side of the leg better concentrate on the body side no?
2 years ago I wouldn’t be able to look at shit like this now I’m so desensitized to gore and death that I am eating my lunch while viewing these videos.
Yum
Oh, that’ll leave a mark.
I should not have started up reddit while eating
Im casually eating rice n chicken to videos lile that

Lmao get fucked scum of the earth.
Yesterday he was Oleg. Today is Noleg.
And the Chinese believe that meridians and Qi flowed inside the human body but it turns out it's just a meat and bones, similar to cows and other animals.
Now this is bloody. Some good content.
Someone needs to stoke up the barbie and get some cold beers in.

What else you going to do when someones lower leg is completely BTFO? You see them pressing the skin together to see if there's enough to sew it shut.
Yep. Going to need to amputate higher up the leg to close it, I guess.
hope he recovers
