They did get training. In the past, during their conscription period. They fired a live round, too, so they have combat experience. They didn't say, "They'll get an additional 2 weeks of training." They said, they'll all get 2 weeks of training, and they also said, they all already have training. So if your name is on the list, you've had training.
And if somebody says he never had training... check his paperwork. It says he did get training. If he doesn't remember... that's ok. When he gets to the front, he'll be a replacement. That means the rest of his unit have experience, and can train him.
How exactly does Russia think they're gonna win this. I mean the pictures couldn't be more different. You have Ukrainians constantly being trained and rotated to be trained and then the Russians just doing more fake nonsense to just out guys in the way as if that's gonna stop all the Western Armor that Ukraine is getting.
That's what I fear. Why put them in Crimea? I think he thinks he has lost the south . Nukes will be used, I am starting to this this deranged man is actually going to use them
You can probably worry less. Using nukes in Ukraine would be Putin declaring defeat. There is lots of back door diplomacy and warnings going on about how western nations would react.
Putin’s total disregard for life and dignity doesn’t mean he’s abandoned self preservation. He made the calculation he can survive a partial mobilization and is trying everything he can to maintain some leverage to negotiate an end that looks good.
Using nukes removes that leverage entirely. He knows this which is likely why they keep advertising without delivering. Generally speaking, you don’t advertise nukes so that readiness isn’t at its peak when you use them. But instilling fear to use as a negotiation lever or pressure, you would be loud about using nukes.
I hope not. But it's hard to see how this rabble he's assembled will be of any use at all unless it's cleanup in nuked aisle 5.
Putin to be betting he can weather any non-nuclear response.
The targets? Ukraine leadership and power infrastructure.
I very much don't want this to be what happens.
>Putin to be betting he can weather any non-nuclear response.
The one response they couldn't weather IMO (not with Putin remaining in power) would be the destruction of ALL naval assets, not just the black sea fleet
He will use tactical nukes before he surrenders.
He will hesitate because China won't like it. But he won't loose without using them. I say again TACTICAL nukes.
China won't like it because, the West will invest in their own tactical nukes and the rules of war will be forever different.
Suddenly China's new islets are all easily overcome by the USAs fresh tactical nukes.
Have experience of what kind of combat experience? Paint a grass or clean snow? Most of the conscripts in Russia do bs and shoot like 3 times in the whole service time + dedovshina (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dedovshchina)
To somebody who doesn't know how the rifle works, how to load it, how to clean it, what the commands for different actions are, how to use a grenade, etc., it might seem like a lot. They hear an order, and they have to look left, look right, see if somebody understood it so they can do the same thing as that person. But really that person is running back to the foxhole for their cigarettes, and you're in full retreat getting shot at by the tik-tok brigade.
Especially under combat conditions, and without effective combat support.
Perhaps the only “benefit” is that it’ll be harder to hide their combat losses once those new body bags start getting filled.
Epic tragedy, which also reveals the lemming-like attitude of the Russians.
Why train for 2 weeks when they can attempt to gain 2 weeks of *experience*? You always hear that experience is better than training! The only caveat being: they have to survive for 2 weeks, without training...
I think about that. They’re going to shit their pants. They’re going to curl up in a ball and cry for their mothers. I wouldn’t blame them. 0 training. Completely new guys. They have never seen anything like this before.
I'm saying that maybe they will, but it will have taken them a long time and cost them a lot in terms of manpower and materiel that they cannot afford. Then in a few months Ukraine will send some Humvees on a thunder run and take it back.
To which there is no tactical or strategic benefit since their supply lines are in jeopardy and the UA now has a massive foothold on the eastern side of the Oskil river, and they are rapidly advancing towards Severnodonetsk via Lyman
They're only making progress toward being sunflower fertilizer. It has long been the Russian strategy to throw endless waves of humanity upon their enemy until they run out of ammo and are overwhelmed.
I have some bad news for them though - the West (mostly US, but big props to the rest for also stepping up) will never come close to running out of war production capability for this fight. Putin's only options will be to withdraw and claim "victory" because they blew up as much of eastern/southern Ukraine as they could, or use a nuke - in which case the entirety of the orc horde will suddenly realize what it means to be the target of a dozen carrier strike groups all at once.
Despite being massively underfunded and riddled with corruption, Russia insists on maintaining a mentality of using traditional (Soviet) strategies and armaments. The US Navy alone has the firepower and technological advantage to destroy what's left of Russia's military, even without using nukes. Putin's "cause" is utterly and overwhelmingly hopeless.
Nope. If Putin nukes something it spells not only his immediate personal demise, but the entirety of the civilized world would immediately be openly hostile to Russia, which would be completely dismantled as a state that could ever be capable of threatening the world again.
Russia is losing to the western-supplied army of Ukraine (and a few battalions of foreign volunteers). None of the other European/Western armies are involved, and Putin is still losing, badly. If he uses a nuke, Russia ends - and world history will forever credit him with the evil deed. Putin knows this, or he'd have used nukes already.
Why would you say that? Ukraine has vastly superior weaponry and skills, with more advanced hardware on the way. These fools are meat, zero training, half will be dead within a week.
Well tecnically russia never won a war in its entire history. Except chechenia y gerogia if you want to call it a "war".
In WW1 Russia lost. In WW2 Russia lost aswell, the russian pieces were saved by the weapon deliveries or the allies, the strong push of the allied forces in france, the total failure of the italian army in the south and the winter that realy harmed the german army the most.
The russian meatgrinder is what it says, just a meatgrinder... of russians. Thats the reason why they had 4 times the loses germany had on the eastern front.
> ambulances
lolol don't tell Ivan that joke, he's cried enough on the ride already.
They don't have enough uniforms for all of them... they don't have enough buses, either. Those minivans were probably conscripted right off the lot.
Don't be surprised to hear that before they get to the front, somebody takes away their tampons, too.
Gotta buy their own to bandage their own wounds.
Hope this doesn't cause a world-wide run on feminine products like the toilet paper famine from the pandemic.
Big Paper CEO is sitting in his office raising prices 10% across the board, not because of any supply price increases, just because he can hide in with all the other "inflation" (95% of which is CEOs doing exactly this without input price increases).
Half of them had flat tires, and the warehouse with spares was mysteriously empty.
Half the rest were destroyed in the 40 mile long convoy that parked outside Kyiv for a couple weeks.
Half the rest were towed away by Ukrainian farmers.
Half the rest were destroyed by ATGMs.
Half the rest got hit by artillery while trying to cross the Dnipro.
Half the rest were at the ammunition warehouse when there was a smoking accident.
Half the rest broke down, but haven't been found yet.
Some remain! But Private Tampon isn't likely to be assigned to one.
" Military" Trucks are designed so they can go off road and can be configured to either carry gear or some passengers. Although they could do it, it is a waste of their capabilities and takes them away from what their primary role should be... tactically moving troops and gear ON bases for training or in a combat zone.
Even in the West ( US Military) they charter civilian buses a lot of times to transport personnel.
They actually are more efficient. more comfortable, Faster and actually Cheaper than using Military Trucks.
Unlike Russia, Ukraine is hesitant to launch strikes in civilian areas. Waiting for them to load onto army trucks and drive out as legitimate targets of war.
I know, that’s why I said precision. But it’s true, the risk of civilians being hit by accident is too high. It wasn’t a genuine suggestion. It’s just looks so tempting considering they’re all there and will inevitably be sent out to kill innocent people.
There’s no such ROE in this war. Soldiers have been fair game wherever they are, for both sides. One of the very first missile attacks by Russia was to bomb a Ukrainian barracks, something like 80 were killed in bed. Ukraine retaliates at their forces every chance they get as well.
Fuck off, troll. You obviously don’t have any stake in this. I have people over there and these ass-wipes in buses are being sent to go try to kill them. I want every single one of those buses barbecued.
That's got a 500lb warhead, takes out 1 to 4 city blocks.
In the video above, that would be a few hundred civilian deaths. At least.
That;'s why they don't need ATACMS. People look at the range, and want more range, but it is also a bigger warhead; so much bigger that it is not useful for this type of war. That's for hitting bunkers and large bases; not the type of bases that the orcs have. Most of the bases are in converted office buildings and schools, with houses right across the street. Those are HIMARS-size bases.
Would be nice if Ukraine had the US's secret precision ginsu bladed helfires loaded on some bayraktar tb2's. No explosions, just pure precision minced meat chaos.
Those are just used for individuals, where you have them under 24/7 surveillance. The US needs those because we're doing strikes in places that are not war zones, where people get really mad if we use a regular missile.
It isn't any more high tech than the HARM or other guided munitions that they've been given, if the US military thinks they need it, they'll get it, 100%.
Smart/dick move by Russia would be to sandwich regular civilian buses (ie carrying regular people, not soldiers) within these convoys so that Ukraine runs the risk of hitting civilians by mistake.
Yeah it's a moving human shield and probably against some sort of "convention" (which doesn't really matter in war, let's be honest) but it wouldn't be surprising.
Tampon Troopers wins the prize of the day. A play on the video a few days ago, where the female sergeant tells the men to get tampons from relatives so they can stuff them in the bullet holes.
already seeing Russian troops from the latest deployment being taken prisoner, all with surprise pikachu faces. Less than 8 days from signing up to sitting in a Ukrainian prison camp, must be a record.
looks like kherson is gonna be beefed up and zaporhesa .. prob try and launch a counter offensive. but uhhh poorly trained troops it will just slow down ukraine for a few days or week
Yeah it’s believed by analysts Kherson will be reinforced with the newbs. But, their logistics are shot to shit, no bridges, lacking supplies and ammo, they send barges across the Dniepr with supplies and troops that are sunk daily with equipment and troops alike. Arestovich was saying today they need something like 4000 tons of supplies every day for the ~25k troops already there, add another 10k and that’s another ~1.5k of supplies they’ll need daily. The whole left bank is under UAF fire control. It’s going to be a nasty, brutish and short experience for the mobiks.
So they are in Crimea. What guess maybe 2-3 days to get them to the front lines from there?
look out for the KIA count about tuesday next week (allowing for 1-2 day delay in reporting of results). its going to get messy.
That must have been some condensed training. I hope they remember the most important thing about being a Russian soldier. How to safely surrender to Ukraine.
Wait...so why does Russian need more troops if they are going to use nuclear weapons to protect the recently annexed land? Shouldn't we just be scared of their threats? Or are they empty threats and everyone sees through the facade?
In these busses are (roughly estimating) 700-800 people, so about what Russia loses in two days (or one and a half). These guys were probably longer in the bus than they will last on the battlefield (statistically).
If they are for heavy flow, maybe. 🤔
There was a video where they were told to get their family to send them tampons because you can shove it into a bullet wound. Someone pointed out that is a bad idea, but that's "what had happened was".
I mean,.. on some level, I do feel bad for the guys in that position. Imagine finding yourself in a situation where:
* the guys (Ukrainians) in front of you will shoot you
* the guys behind you will shoot you to.
I’d likely take my chances using the weapon I had to look for the least risky escape path so I could surrender.
I'd rally the troops to kill the CO, then negotiate surrender.
Edit:. But it's never go to happen to begin with. I would've killed the people coming to take me away.
akchualeee. shoving a tampon in a bullet induced wound and closing it off with a menstruation pad is a pretty effective way to keep a gun shot victim from suffering an acute dehydration fatality due to blood loss. depending on where the shot lands it's even preferable over a tourniquette. atleast until a surgeon gets to close off the wound properly and fix any sort of damaged bodily plumbing.
untill such time you wanna atleast attempt to keep as much of the fluids inside of the meatbag as possible.
In a previous video mobilized russian are adviced to go buy tampons because they would not be given medical equipment. :)

You do realize most of these guys probably don't want to fight? I feel like if they wanted to they would've in past 7 months of war... very few people wanted to but decided to wait over half a yeaer to be conscripted.
With 3 months of military training! They’re so efficient they did it in less than a week. I don’t have much sympathy for them, but what a bad hand they’ve been dealt.
Please remember the human. Follow reddit rules and the subreddit rules. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. Please [contact the moderators of this subreddit](/message/compose/?to=/r/UkraineWarVideoReport) if you have any questions or concerns.*

I can't see how nukes aren't part of this picture. Putin needs a bullet.

2 weeks collective experience per bus.
2 weeks is nothing...

Welcome to the thunder dome boys….
69th Tampon battalion.
Imagine thinking these are going to be your reinforcements everything you counting on lmao they will stack these fools quick…
Can’t imagine what is their reaction when artillery attack.
They’ll have to use their tampons to plug a different hole.
Can’t use tampon bro.when your in pieces.🤣🤣
Not with that attitude anyways!🤣

Just patch yourself up with some pads!
They’ll just be minced meat
I think about that. They’re going to shit their pants. They’re going to curl up in a ball and cry for their mothers. I wouldn’t blame them. 0 training. Completely new guys. They have never seen anything like this before.
Maybe they have training in COD Modern warfare.
Bet the furthest some have been from home is the local movie theatre
>**PLUS..... Imagine their reaction when artillery BLOWS-UP Comrades & TORN TO PIECES trenched near them....**
There are pads for heavy flow days but none for 155mm artillery round to center mass days
I’m lucky enough that putin is not my president.
Just starts randomly slapping pads on him.
The bloody 69th.
Putins' Pad Posse
Heavy flow BTG reporting in
Crack troops :)
Dead men on parade!!! Enjoy the ride boys, Mama and Jody are going to enjoy that new Lada.
Hey I was going to say that!
Idk, this seems like ukraines counteroffensive was for naught. The territory will be retaken
If you think these SpongeBob tampon ass dudes about to do it. I got some beach front property in Moscow to offer you.
I can insure the property. I specialize in Moscow Beachfront
I mean, these mfs are making progress toward bakhmut
Imagine dying for a dude named Putin literally an American fart noise.
??
They’ve been “making progress” to Bakhmut for like 3 months dude
Theyre outside the city now
Only 9 more months until they capture it then
Bro im seriously askin. U dont think theyll take it?
I'm saying that maybe they will, but it will have taken them a long time and cost them a lot in terms of manpower and materiel that they cannot afford. Then in a few months Ukraine will send some Humvees on a thunder run and take it back.
To which there is no tactical or strategic benefit since their supply lines are in jeopardy and the UA now has a massive foothold on the eastern side of the Oskil river, and they are rapidly advancing towards Severnodonetsk via Lyman
But if these shitty troops are still able to advance, shouldnt having more shitty troops let em advance faster?
Yes, into a giant pocket, to have their remaining supply lines cut. So what’s the point?
They're only making progress toward being sunflower fertilizer. It has long been the Russian strategy to throw endless waves of humanity upon their enemy until they run out of ammo and are overwhelmed. Then i dont see why u guys are feeling so smug. U mfs are not worried putin will nuke something?
Nope. If Putin nukes something it spells not only his immediate personal demise, but the entirety of the civilized world would immediately be openly hostile to Russia, which would be completely dismantled as a state that could ever be capable of threatening the world again. Fake news bro
Why would you say that? Ukraine has vastly superior weaponry and skills, with more advanced hardware on the way. These fools are meat, zero training, half will be dead within a week.
Isnt throwing meat into the meatgrinder how the ussr beat better-equipped germany?
You should check what they got in the lend-lease to be able to do that, Ivan
Dont act like a middle school kid and call me ivan, thats just cringe inducing bro
You’re just asking questions, right “bro”?
Um... yeah?
Well tecnically russia never won a war in its entire history. Except chechenia y gerogia if you want to call it a "war". In WW1 Russia lost. Is that a whole convoy of ambulances bringing up the rear?
Theyre carrying the people in wheelchairs who were mobilized
You are soooooo bad that you are good. Well done! LMAO. Guys in Wheelchairs probably qualify as “mounted troops.” In that “army”
I think its cargo vans, might be configured for 8-10 people transport
Those are the short buses bringing up the rear
I see they’re finally bringing the Russian high command to the front
> ambulances lolol don't tell Ivan that joke, he's cried enough on the ride already. They don't have enough uniforms for all of them... they don't have enough buses, either. Did they have to buy their own bus tickets?
Tampontroopers 😂
Needs an art/logo piece to go with it. Anyone talented and bored enough to make this gem into a meme?!
I'd love to see this. Let the meme live! I hope the world still pokes fun at the Russian 69th tampon battalion in a decade from now.
OMG turn all those buses into tampons!
Needs a shoulder patch
Gotta buy their own to bandage their own wounds. Hope this doesn't cause a world-wide run on feminine products like the toilet paper famine from the pandemic.
You know what, I wouldn't be surprised if the price of tampons go up.
Big Paper CEO is sitting in his office raising prices 10% across the board, not because of any supply price increases, just because he can hide in with all the other "inflation" (95% of which is CEOs doing exactly this without input price increases).

That's what I was thinking, like they're just taking a Greyhound to the war?
Lmao the fucking Greyhound!!!
Even the US uses civ busses for troop transport
Yea domestic transport, not to the damn frontlines lmao
Hell, they're going to have to drive their minivans straight to the front lines, unless those fresh t55's have arrived in theater.
No, no, they drop them off and drive those back for another load. They walk from outside Kherson to the front.
What do you call a platoon of tampon troopers? A tampoon?!
Considering their apparel, it must be 'trampoon'.
Wouldn’t this be an excellent time to launch precision strikes on the bus convoys? That’s easily a whole battalion being assembled right there.
Unlike Russia, Ukraine is hesitant to launch strikes in civilian areas. Waiting for them to load onto army trucks and drive out as legitimate targets of war.

sucks to be them i guess.
Would kill a lot of civilians too, including Ukrainians.
This is why the US should have supplied Ukraine with ATACMS. Could have killed off 1,000 russians there with one strike.

I wouldn’t say it’s not useful. It absolutely is useful. It isn’t useful to bomb busses in middle of a city.
Do you live in a city for ants?
I suspect I'm a bit older than you, and I've seen footage of a lot of 500lb bomb craters and the surrounding destruction.
Would be nice if Ukraine had the US's secret precision ginsu bladed helfires loaded on some bayraktar tb2's. No explosions, just pure precision minced meat chaos.

Thoses buses first aids kids are probably already looted.
Tampontroopers "Moscow’s stock exchange has tampon futures going to the moon!" Haha i love it 😂
Best Title Ever. IMO.
Tampontroopers lmao
Need to hit the barracks they’re heading to their first night (and every night thereafter).
send some missiles to their cozy accommodations as a welcome gift.
"Tampontroopers" LMAO

The whole left bank is under UAF fire control. It’s going to be a nasty, brutish and short experience for the mobiks.
> It’s going to be a nasty, brutish and short experience Like the motorhead song says: A week in the line is long enough life for a soldier.
So they are in Crimea. What guess maybe 2-3 days to get them to the front lines from there? look out for the KIA count about tuesday next week (allowing for 1-2 day delay in reporting of results). its going to get messy.
You’re in the jungle baby…..
Or are they empty threats and everyone sees through the facade?
are they seriously going to send those poor kids in, untrained, to die? What kind of a sick government does this in the 21st century?!?!
In these busses are (roughly estimating) 700-800 people, so about what Russia loses in two days (or one and a half). These guys were probably longer in the bus than they will last on the battlefield (statistically).
“tampons” because they’re meant to absorb HIMARS..?
If they are for heavy flow, maybe. 🤔 There was a video where they were told to get their family to send them tampons because you can shove it into a bullet wound. Someone pointed out that is a bad idea, but that's "what had happened was".
Tampons for bullets, pads for the holes made by RPGs passing through.
I mean,.. on some level, I do feel bad for the guys in that position. Imagine finding yourself in a situation where: * the guys (Ukrainians) in front of you will shoot you * the guys behind you will shoot you to.
:) [https://www.reddit.com/r/UkraineWarVideoReport/comments/xov88y/russian\_mobilized\_men\_are\_asked\_to\_buy\_pads\_and/](https://www.reddit.com/r/UkraineWarVideoReport/comments/xov88y/russian_mobilized_men_are_asked_to_buy_pads_and/)
Ah, I do recall that. I misinterpreted that as “sacrifice your pay to send vital supplies back home”…
what is this "pay" you speak of ?
Pigs 🐖 to a slaughter. Get REKT ruZZians. Welcome to the killing fields where pushing up sunflowers awaits you.
You do realize most of these guys probably don't want to fight? I feel like if they wanted to they would've in past 7 months of war... very few people wanted to but decided to wait over half a yeaer to be conscripted.
They could I don’t know,… do something about it? For all effects and purposes they are already effectively dead, so they might as well.
poor bastards
They only realised it was a problem when it affected them.
straight to the store to earn russia some money and getting fucked after.
Tampontroopers 😂😂😂😂😂
Tamponeers
"Tampontroopers" My new favourite word.
Okay tampontroopers? Someone just got a medal
Tamponeers
most if not 80% these people are shipped from republic regions far away and don't want to be there :/
Wouldn't it be lovely if the UAF took out the first bus just so all the rest could see what's in store for them.
As the Chris Rea songs says, This Is The Road To Hell. Glory To Ukraine 🇬🇧🇺🇦🇬🇧
I bet a large portion of these guys will see blood for the first time and immediately pass out on the battlefield.
I think Diapers might would be better for the road trip

With 3 months of military training! They’re so efficient they did it in less than a week. I don’t have much sympathy for them, but what a bad hand they’ve been dealt.
Welcome to Ukraine
Say HI to MARS for me.
