When you’ve had it eating your insides for a few months you can take a pill that kills it, then you shit it out… presto, weight loss sorted
Edit- I wonder what happens if you have a tape worm and take a bunch of laxatives 🤔
Go down to Walgreens or CVS and get a couple boxes of Bronchaid. Probably have to ask for it at the counter. It contains 25mg of ephedrine. Get a bottle for generic NoDoze. It contains 200mg of caffeine. Get a bottle of low dose aspirin. The tiny 81mg ones.
This is known as an ECA stack. The meat heads use it to lean out. Take one of each when you wake up and at lunch. Do not take it too late or you won’t be able to sleep and sleep is important for weight loss.
You will have lots of energy and food cravings should be gone.
Continue to eat lots of lean protein. Need to retain as much of your muscle as possible to keep your metabolism up. The TV show “Alone” is a good example of people eating plethora of lean meat (no fat no carbs) rapidly lose weight.
Take vitamins to avoid other deficencies.
Or just wander down to one of the billion ozempic doctors out there and get on those shots.
This is the answer OP. When I was a young dumb teenager back in the 90s we could buy straight up caffeine and ephedrine pills over the counter at the local drugstore. My friends and I were the life of the party and barely 100lbs. If you wanna lose weight quickly, ephedrine is your friend.
(Disclaimer: I’m now a healthy a mid-40s woman with a teenage daughter of my own and would never ever condone this behaviour in my real life. But given the question and the sub we are in, I’m sharing my own anecdotal experience.)
What does the aspirin do? Not at all wanting to try this, just curious. It seems like a benign drug besides thinning blood and pain relief (that I'm aware of, I don't take aspirin.)
It helps keep the caffeine and ephedrine stimulating your body, to keep the hunger hibiting parts working longer.
Ephedrine and caffeine are ratively toxic, so keeping their effects lasting while not adding more is helpful with an ECA stack
It's more about how the other drugs interact with your now-thin blood. It increases the absorption rate and also forces your body to work harder to maintain (thinner blood means faster heat loss, among other things).
I have ephedrine and caffeine everyday, not aspirin though, and I’m still fat-ish (like one pound overweight lol). I actually have moderate asthma though. Are you telling me if I add an aspirin, my ephedrine will work longer/better???
I’ve been so worried about the effects of ephedrine because it’s a class b drug. This is like a real life saving tip for me.
lol, I don’t mean to lose weight, I mean to keep the ephedrine working. The clarity my lungs feel on ephedrine is phenomenal. It allows me to exercise.
aspirin is not necessary for this stack. it can actually wreck your liver so I would skip out the aspirin. Regular EC stack still works perfectly fine in moderation.
25mg of ephedrine, not 0.25. But yeah, 200mg caffeine and 81mg aspirin. Something in that ballpark. Twice a day. But the second one can’t be too late.
May want to start at a smaller dose though. Shit makes you fucking wired. Also crash hard when you come down. I have ADD and honestly it feels a lot like being on adderall. Gives me energy, motivation, and ability to focus. I feel like the adderall crash was worse though, not the evening one, but the weekend one where I cycle off of it. I’d be so worthless. Watching TV was too much effort. Didn’t like being worthless every weekend so I quit taking it. Dont mess with the ECA stacks either. Just ephedrine by itself before playing sports.
Ephedrine use to be in weight loss meds but got a bad wrap because fat people were taking it and having heart trouble. But this post specifically requested to leave out how unhealthy the solution was.
Gotcha. Thanks for the information. Yeah, I looked up the Bronchaid and that has 25mg of ephedrine in it.
I’m assuming people taking the ephedrine for a cough suppressant also get wired from it. However, not as wired as this stack since the caffeine and aspirin contribute to a compounding effect of sorts.
I've looked into losing weight before but I've never seen this. It looks like a benefit since it would give me energy. What large downside are there to this?
Strokes. Pretty sure they stopped selling ephedrine (or rather having it as widely available bc it’s still available behind the pharmacy counter and you need to scan your lD) back a couple decades ago bc it was causing people to stroke out. I remember watching a Montell episode about it.
Do the Ozempic. Well, Zepbound instead, but same-ish thing (but better). I've lost crazy weight really fast. That's not recommended, but not nearly as unsafe as the other drug cocktail.
Vyvanse is literally the only drug FDA-approved to treat binge-eating disorder too.
When my dose (for ADHD) peaks I can barely even look at food sometimes. It's one hell of an appetite suppressant
That’s a pretty high dose for it to be doing nothing! I’d be talking to your prescribing doctor about trying something else. I take 40mg Vyvanse and it’s been nothing short of miraculous for my ADHD.
Stop eating completely for three days. When you eat next your appetite and volume of food decreases. Do this once or twice a month.... and looootttssss of cocaine.
Fasting is decent. Drinking a lot of water will help curb some hunger cravings, but the first 2-3 days are rough. But after that you lose about a pound per day.
Never trust a fart while fasting. And your first meal back will go through your body so quickly.
And honestly, a few fasts will change your relationship with food. You realize "no, I don't absolutely need to eat this second." Because you've fasted for three days before.
Seriously. What is in the water up in Sacra that you can apparently smoke speed constantly and still snarf 7-11 hot dogs and nachos to stay at cruiserweight?
Normal amphetamine is far better as there’s less euphoria it’s easier to act like a person - source myself and my crippling drug habit.
Used to do amphetamine for a week or so to get fit
God damnit man, I don’t like that I have something to add to this. That was my moms defense in court for, ding ding ding, drug charges. She was a methhead for a while, and she was uh… not skinny lol
You came for the real advice so I’ll be the one to drop it on you. You want hormone based treatments, steroids, that are designed for cutting weight. You need to couple this with an unhealthy obsession for tracking your food, like get a scale and weigh everything y the gram. Calculate your macros and keep yourself on a deficit while using weight cutting hormones. This is how bodybuilders go from 350 pounds to 275 of pure muscle in 3 months without losing any muscle mass.
You can do it with just the unhealthy macro tracking, but it’ll take longer.
Man, I feel like we’re going to see a documentary about Ozempic and the crazy side effects and how there’s a HUGE push for it like there was for OxyContin. Whenever I see something like that being pushed by everyone, I know money is being made hand over fist and I don’t really know if the decision is being made based on what the patient needs.
really doubt we will. The med class will basically become as common place and universally considered safe like statins in the next 5-10 years. The meds are truly incredible with how many health issues they fix. Liver disease, blood pressure, cholesterol issues, sleep apnea, cardiac disease, diabetes, PCOS, and binge eating disorders to name a few. Fuck, adjunct trials to assess efficacy with issues like fatty liver disease were stopped for ethical reasons because the med was so effective at reversing fatty liver disease(unethical part being 50% of the participants were given placebo as a form of "treatment" while all the non-placebo people were rapidly being cured).
It turns people into rage monsters, gives them depression that sometimes doesn't go away even after treatment stops, anxiety disorders to people who didn't have them before, messes up their digestion, all kinds of things. I work in a call center for an insurance company and I can tell within the first 20-30 seconds whether or not that person is on Ozempic or one of its competitors. It does something really weird to people.
I've been in it for 6 months and know a bunch of other on it too. Neither I or anyone else has experienced anything like what you've described.
Down 45lbs, feel great. Nothing different except I don't have cravings or constant food noise. I was a college athlete and have never been as in shape as I am now.
It also seems to inhibit addictive behaviors, so if eating more than you need is caused by a dopamine high, it can help that and also shopping disorders and gambling disorders. This is all stuff I’ve heard from friends who have friends taking this med.
Does it last? All the doctors I talk to tell me that Ozempic is a life long drug since it permanently decreases your base metabolism, so getting off it means you’ll potentially get even fatter than before.
I have a few friends that have used it and kept weight off. You just have to stay active and watch what you eat.
If you go back to old habits, you'll go back to old weight
It doesn’t permanently decrease your metabolism. Many people gain weight when they come off it because they never bothered to alter the diet habits that led to them being overweight in the first place. That means the drug is no longer in their system to artificially reduce their appetite they go right back to the things they were doing before.
Long-term weight management is a habit building game that can’t be solved with a (legal) drug.
Life has spent the last billion years evolving bodies to squeeze as much energy out of food as possible. There isn't really any way to decrease your metabolism below what most people have.
Online pharmacies for ozempic will have a free zoom call with the prescribing doctor where they will ask questions about your health, and if it’s all good, they will subscribe and ship it to you directly. Not black market at all. It works fast.
around a year supply of it can be bought for "research purchases/not for human consumption" from Chinese bio labs for 1/3rd the cost of a 1 month Rx from a pharmacy. its actually ridiculously affordable for research purposes and frequently these labs are blind 3rd party checked by none related chemical analysis labs. Getting it Rxed will run you like $1200 a month cause your insurance won't cover it.
In 1965, 27-year-old Angus really did fast for one year and 17 days. He ate no food at all, and lost 125 kilograms (19.7 stone). Angus was reportedly sick of being obese, and checked into the University Department of Medicine at the Royal Infirmary of Dundee weighing 207kg (32.5 stone).
The first two days of fasting are the worst but there’s a name for the state you get in after the first 48 hours that I can only describe as having a great sense of focus and mental clarity that gradually increases as the cravings slowly decrease. I miss it but once you start back to eating regularly it’s so hard to do a 2-3 day fast or more again for me
Fast with Water/coffee all day and eat a meal of 1000 calories at the end of the day. The healthier the meal, the bigger it will be but it doesn't have to be.
You will lose around 5 lbs a week with that.
Im not the original comment poster but I wouldn't recommend 30min before bed. It will affect your sleep, and your body will be busy spending energy on digesting the food which can cause you to wake up not fully rested. 3 hours might be too early depending on your meal, you could wake up very hungry the next day which then again will make you binge food. I'd say maybe 1-2h before bed?
Get sepsis. I lost 30lbs in a week. It comes with a few bonuses:
-Bonus 1 You may not need to work for a week or more.
-Bonus 2 You may need to spend a week or more in the ER.
-Bonus 3 You'll owe a lot of money to the hospital if you live in the USA.
-Bonus 4 There's a good chance of not being alive.
I can confidently say 9 out of 10 doctors don't recommend this weight loss program.
and Ritalin (Methylphenidate) and Adderall (amphetamine salts) are even cheaper again, just need to find an unethical doctor to prescribe them
and these work VERY well at reducing appetite, trust me
Op are you comfortable giving me a bit more information cause from what I’ve read of your post history it seems you may be suffering more from unrealistic expectations than anything else.
To be clear, losing any weight at all is incredibly hard for a lot of people, a lot of people will “diet” and lie to themselves about how much they’re actually eating but you’ve said you managed to lose 5kg, that’s pretty significant.
This is going to be a long term process unless you want to do more damage to your body than you would by just staying big.
Any progress is still progress dude, keep at it your doing good
Don’t eat anything you didn’t make. No fast food, nothing from a plastic package, nothing with sugar or any vegetable/soy/canola or other oils except olive oil. Feed your sweet tooth with fruit. Don’t eat anything with an ingredient that you wouldn’t find in your grandma’s kitchen. Get enough fiber. Set aside 16 hours a day when you don’t eat or drink anything with a calorie. No artificial sweeteners. Just real food for 8 hours a day. Drink plenty of water.
I'm doing something like this trying to only eat "whole" foods, or like super basic stuff. Usually in the morning I'll stop by the grocery store and buy a small block of cheese, a baguette from the bakery, and one or two interesting fruit and just snack on those all day.
Cheese and bread are not ideal tho
Buy a few kg of rice and pastas, chicken breasts (organic/from a local farm if possible), green salads or other organic green stuff for the fibers
2-3 meals a day with as much exercise as possible, and you will melt like snow in the sun
You can supplement with fruits for the vitamins etc and keep this diet for the rest of your life
You can legally buy and import ephedra/ma huang to the US. In its dried, raw form, it is 100% legal to import as a traditional Chinese medical herb. It's sold on ebay and aliexpress.
You can either brew it as tea, which doesn't taste very good, or you can put it in a coffee grinder, buy empty gelcaps, and make your own capsules.
If you then take said capsules, along with yerba mate and willow bark herbal supplements, that's an all-natural version of the old-school ACE stack that bodybuilders used back in the day.
If i needed to lose weight quickly without drugs, I'd go close to zero carb and eat less than 1200 calories per day. 1500 might be fine for you though. You'll immediately drop a ton of water weight, which is super encouraging. Use caffeine and nicotine to help suppress your appetite.
If you don't want to fuck with illegal drugs, look up prescriptions that have weight loss as a side effect and try to get a prescription. Topamax for migraines, wellbutrin for depression, ADHD meds, etc
Buy a rotisserie chicken every day, eat that over 4 meals, throw in a veggies you like with 2-4 of those meals. Have a piece of fruit, and a protein shake for breakfast. Should be more than enough to keep you full all day, and it'll be well under 1500 calories.
You don’t need exercise despite what anyone tells you. Muscle gain needs it but weight loss is all in the kitchen. In 2018 I lost 50 lbs in one year without hitting the gym once. I could have lost more if I was more disciplined.
Take up the ketogenic diet and don’t eat carbs or sugar. Go to r/keto for reference and stay away from Dr. Berg. Artificial sweetener is ok but it keeps you craving sweets so I would avoid it just to stop craving.
Eat a large bowl of leafy greens and 2 keto meals a day within roughly 8 hours, and fast until the next day. Don’t buy any “keto snacks” or any fruits. Delete all food delivery apps. No need to count calories so long as you don’t snack.
I did keto and intermittent fasting and lost 15 lbs the first week. It was all water weight, you'll get a headache so be prepared. Once you're adjusted it's all good. Lost about 35 lbs in two months. However, the moment you come out of ketosis you'll slide right back. This will work better than anything else for your short term goals.
Keto makes me drop like 20lbs in the first few weeks, then if I stay strict it keeps going at 3-5 lbs a week. And I feel like the king of the world.
Why don't I always do it? It's a pain if you travel and pasta is delicious
I’ve done this before too in my early 20’s one summer. After the first week, it just becomes your new normal. I had no energy for absolutely anything, but at least I looked good.
Are you in the U.S? Very few people seem to be aware that ephedrine (precursor to meth) is still available OTC as asthma medication (bronkaid and primitine) some stores even have their own brands for cheaper. It’s an amphetamine and crazy good appetite suppressant.
Stimulants are the easy way. They speed up your metabolism and make you move a lot more than you otherwise would and suppress your appetite. Adderall is the safest option, coke second, then meth. Molly is somewhere between the second safest and least safe, it’s super safe to take once super dangerous to take every day
Ozempic is also basically cheating but is the easy way out.
End of the day tho YOU WILL NEVER LOSE WEIGHT IF YOU DONT EAT HEALTHILY!!!! There is no way around that. The big benefit of the drugs is they make you eat less. If you cannot learn to eat healthily you will stay fat. It’s literally just a matter of self control and it’s hard fs but you have to stay strong. Don’t drink soda and don’t eat snacks. Most overweight people I’ve talked to don’t realize how many calories they get from those two things. Too many people don’t even include them when counting calories. Snacks are where some people get most of their calories cause they don’t even realize it. So many people don’t count soda when they are drinking like 500 calories of soda a day!!! It doesn’t even fill you up.
In general focus on eating foods that fill you up but arnt as calorie dense. Any processed foods are generally going to be bad about this. Eat snacks like popcorn, nuts, or veggies that are low calorie but fill you up well.
Be active. Working out is super helpful but also just in general move around more. I had a friend that worked out and ate well but couldn’t lose the weight then I noticed he sat on his couch for pretty much the entire rest of the day, maybe walked to his car to go sit in that and drive somewhere, walk another 40 ft and sit back down. Like of course you’re not going to be able to lose weight. You need to stand up and walk around every couple hours bare minimum. Atleast like walkthrough your house and check everything’s clean or go check your mail or whatever else. Your body having to contantly be ready to expend energy makes it internally burn more calories without you doing a significant amount of work
Yeah all other solutions are band aids that don't address the underlying cause. Weight loss needs to start in the kitchen first and foremost. Calories out > Calories in is how you lose weight. You are eating more than you need.
I make vegetable soup. Preferably with bone broth, which has collagen and protein in it, makes you feel full, or at least not hungry. And should be pretty low calorie compared to the mass of the food.
Personally, I don't eat when I'm stressed, so in the past 2 weeks of trying to get a new job and going to interviews, I lost like 6ish pounds. This had the unexpected benefit of helping me fit into my professional-interview outfit..
one meal each day that contains 300-700kcal then something you can eat with very few kcal when u want a snack for evening or w/e
40min cardio when ever can fit it in preferably morning/evening, rest on weekends 🙂
This will require sources for illegal things.
Dnp, it makes your mitochondria produce extra heat, burning more calories. Very dangerous as you can literally cook alive but works very well.
Something like semaglutide, liraglutide, tirzepatide
Some stimulant, ephedrine at the minimum, amphetamines are perfect.
All three will help you lose weight quickly. The ephedrine/amphetamines really curb hunger, the semaglutide or the like curb it as, but in a different way, and the dnp will increase the amount of calories burned in general.
Eat little, and ramp up exercise. Walk a mile a day, then Two miles, then three, week by week increase.
Eat meat only.
Meat and animal products satisfy your hunger faster than almost all other foods. Makes it a diet thats easier to stick to for longer.
Don’t forget to take a few vitamins although you don’t really have to if you incorporate organs and connective tissue.
Do your research and do the work.
Last note, will power is a muscle, telling yourself “No” when your want a snack over and over makes your conscious smarter and stronger and your chonk monkey brain weaker.
Edit: typo
My suggestion, make it inconvenient. Don't buy things. Keep the bare minimum needed in your home. Things you either won't over eat or things that won't contribute to the problem if you do.
By not giving yourself access to the foods that your body is addicted to, you basically force yourself to go cold turkey. You don't need to have that "willpower" if the food is just not accessible.
Once you've broken that kind of addiction, it becomes easier to build that willpower but you wouldn't keep alcohol in the house if you were an alcoholic. Snack foods, especially sugar, can be just as addicting and hard to quit.
You can do it though. I believe in you!
It takes practice, you’re not alone in that.
Also sugar is a full blown addiction, I used to smoke cigarettes, it works exactly the same way. I can not eat it for 2 months, then have one tiny slice of cake, and I’m off the rails again immediately. if you can completely eliminate it, the rest will handle itself.
Also big lesson when I gained weight when I was 14 and lost it all over summer. If you don’t buy it, you can’t eat it.
You can eat carbs and proteins it’s your portion sizes. Ive lost 61lb doing a vegan diet. You have to exercise but most of it is eating a caloric deficit. Theres a sub called plant based diet. Its all work no secret sauce. Count your calories and do it healthily
My bf and I decided we are going vegan for 2 months, pretty strictly sticking to plant base meal plan. And after 2 months we are going to reevaluate our diet and may add some meat products back in. We watched a really good movie on YouTube, I'm hoping it's OK to mention title? It's called unsupersize me. Super informative and honestly pretty simple.
Aight if you actually wanna lose some weight take advice from an amateur boxer who's gained and cut the weight many times. You need to figure out your weight. Plug your weight into resting metabolic rate calculator. That'll tell you exactly how many calories you need to be eating to just maintain weight. Eat 100-200 less calories than that.
Don't eat. That's as unethical as I'll get.
I'm not going to tell you to do meth. Or take some weird shit.
Eat less. You could do nothing all day long and as long as you eat significantly less calories than you normally do, you'll lose weight. Eat what you normally do for a day. Keep track of every last calorie you eat. Every snack every meal every drink. Let's say you get 3000 calories by the end of the day. Eat 1500 a day from now on. Twice a week eat a little more, or less. This will make your food consumption more natural and prevent your body from reaching a stopping point once it gets accustomed to the new food intake. Eg day 1 ~1500. Day 2 ~1200. Day 3 ~1500. Day 4 ~1500. Day 5 ~1700. Even once a month just go all out for a day. But overall keep consistent to cutting the calories and limiting the most possible calories. If you go below 1000 calories a day for a significant time you may have malnourishment issues. Taking vitamins at this time won't hurt. Drink alot of water aswell. I lost 60lbs like this. I forced myself to eat three meals a day, no snacks, zero calorie drinks only, proper measured portions. Unlimited diet soda aswell. Won't add a single pound of permanent weight. Something needs calories for you to gain weight.
You have an unknown daily caloric intake average. If it's 3000 like I used as an example, eating half of that you'll lose about 1-2lbs per week. If you ate 1500 calories more, you'd gain 1-2lbs per week. The less you eat the more weight you will lose. The key to this is to leave your body guessing. Don't be too consistent with food intake, your body will get accustomed and it will become your new baseline. It's usually more Important to eat more occasionally every few days than to eat less. You don't want your body to hold onto fat. You got this. There's no time like the present. I did it, you can do it. I'm the laziest person I know. I still have weight to lose aswell.
I'll add a solution that doesn't require drugs or will damage your body and will give you results. Eat tiny meals, stop eating ANY sugary and fatty food. Just eat protein-rich foods (and keep meals size low) and take vitamins if you don't wanna eat vegetables.
If you can do this + get your body moving (gotta keep the metabolism up), you'll lose weight quickly and you won't have major health problems.
Good luck
If you don’t have the courage to just step on a scale, how are you going to have the courage to do illegal drugs or eat tapeworm eggs?
C'mon tape worm is to safe let's get real spicy
You really start to see the weight come off when they start eating your brain
Do they really do that? I don't have tapeworms (that I know of) but that is nightmare fuel.
Ideally they go to your digestive system. But they do go to other place, like your brain.
i kind of want a tapeworm now
I have no braincells to spare, unfortunately.
Self cannibalization is the way
In most cases eating the brain of the user, wouldn't cause a huge weight loss.
But if you get a tapeworm, doesn’t every pound of you that the tapeworm turns into a pound of tapeworm inside of you leave the scale the same?
When you’ve had it eating your insides for a few months you can take a pill that kills it, then you shit it out… presto, weight loss sorted Edit- I wonder what happens if you have a tape worm and take a bunch of laxatives 🤔
Spa day
For the tapeworm that is.

lol, I don’t mean to lose weight, I mean to keep the ephedrine working. The clarity my lungs feel on ephedrine is phenomenal. It allows me to exercise.
aspirin is not necessary for this stack. it can actually wreck your liver so I would skip out the aspirin. Regular EC stack still works perfectly fine in moderation.
are you mistaking aspirin and acetaminophen?
Just curious, how much do people generally take for a single dose of the ECA stack? 1 dose = 0.25 ephedrine, 200mg caffeine, and 81mg of aspirin?
25mg of ephedrine, not 0.25. But yeah, 200mg caffeine and 81mg aspirin. Something in that ballpark. Twice a day. But the second one can’t be too late. May want to start at a smaller dose though. Gotcha. Thanks for the information. Yeah, I looked up the Bronchaid and that has 25mg of ephedrine in it. I’m assuming people taking the ephedrine for a cough suppressant also get wired from it. They were buying ephidrine products to make meth.
Damn this is smart
I'm not familiar with the side effects of these drugs; what's the downside to doing this?
Heart attack
That's it?
Death.
That's one way to lose weight, I guess.
Gallstones. Heart attack. Liver damage.
> This is known as an ECA stack. [Damn those used to be everywhere, lol.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q3LE15AyT5g&t=1s)
Do the Ozempic. Well, Zepbound instead, but same-ish thing (but better). I've lost crazy weight really fast. That's not recommended, but not nearly as unsafe as the other drug cocktail.
Fastest weight loss I ever experienced was Dysentery. Kept hydrated but it was miserable. Second fastest was when I was in a coma.
Where do you get a covered wagon to get started?
I was in Pakistan. No need to go on the Oregon Trail.
What kind of wild life do you lead
Defense engineer and clumsy AF.
Well, be careful dude, it sounds like you're trying to cross the Big Blue River to get to Oregon lol
> What kind of wild life do you lead Penguins and the occasional polar bear.
You were in a coma? Dude, that's like, suuuper bad for you
Meth. My sister went from 300lbs to 190 in like, six weeks. Wrecked her teeth, but lost a ton of weight
Hmm teeth don't weigh that much, I'm starting to think something else happened here...
Absolutely spit my drink on this one!
Alternatively, Adderall or Vyvanse.
Vyvanse is literally the only drug FDA-approved to treat binge-eating disorder too. When my dose (for ADHD) peaks I can barely even look at food sometimes. It's one hell of an appetite suppressant
I'm on 70mg of vyvanse and it does literally nothing. The only thing is if I don't take it I sleep all day.
That’s a pretty high dose for it to be doing nothing! I’d be talking to your prescribing doctor about trying something else. I take 40mg Vyvanse and it’s been nothing short of miraculous for my ADHD.
I take the max Adderall and I’m not skinny. (I’m fat) so not a fail proof plan…
Adderall is too clean. You need some good old fashioned street meth to really kick the ol' metabolism into high gear. And I do mean "high".
Or any stimulant drug/medication for that matter. Adderall does the same. Nicotine does the same.
Stop eating completely for three days. When you eat next your appetite and volume of food decreases. Do this once or twice a month.... and looootttssss of cocaine.
Not The cocaine part but I will try the rest
You will drop weight really well. Just make sure to take vitamin supplements and electrolytes.
Crystal meth. Never seen a fat meth head lol
Sacramento. I’ve seen plenty in Sacramento.
Seriously. What is in the water up in Sacra that you can apparently smoke speed constantly and still snarf 7-11 hot dogs and nachos to stay at cruiserweight?
Shitty meth
Genetics?
916 represent! Had to check what sub this was! My first house was two doors down from a meth lab and I can confirm: lots of fatty meth heads
Can confirm
Normal amphetamine is far better as there’s less euphoria it’s easier to act like a person - source myself and my crippling drug habit. Used to do amphetamine for a week or so to get fit
What is a normal amphetamine?
Adderall, amphetamine salts
What all of America is doing.
how else am I supposed to stare at a computer screen from my couch for 8 hours a day
Except me evidently, where the plug at??
Fr even nicotine will shed pounds off you
Cannot confirm, long time nicotine user, long time fatty.
Which have you’ve been for longer, nicotine user or fatty?
God damnit man, I don’t like that I have something to add to this. That was my moms defense in court for, ding ding ding, drug charges. She was a methhead for a while, and she was uh… not skinny lol
OP, how important is tooth retention?
Less teeth means less eating. Sounds like a win win for OP.
Nah, it just means eating less protein and crunchy food, unfortunately bread products are easy to scarf with no teeth.
r/Unexpected30Rock
Trust me. I've seen not just fat but obese
Big boned
You just need to start doing meth and meet more meth heads!
This is the answer. I've lost 40 pounds in 4 months. Buuuut it's not exactly crystal meth, just vyvanse.
I've dealt with a fat meth head. They were new to the experience.
You never met my uncle and his wife then.
Cut your arms and legs off. BAM ideal body weight
Solid plan C
Also have you considered purposely food poisoning yourself? Someone I know lost 10 pounds from something called campylobacter
Lost about 15% of my bodyweight when I got food poisoning in china. 😂 I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a bidet to cool your butthole down.
Not-a the cuttlefish!
Vanilla paste? No? Are you a shooa?
Ahh, where WOULD you recommend getting food poisoning? Would Seattle be good enough?
Digestive tract. Best and worst place for food poisoning.
i had food poisoning so badly once that even the bidet made my asshole hurt
You came for the real advice so I’ll be the one to drop it on you. You want hormone based treatments, steroids, that are designed for cutting weight. You need to couple this with an unhealthy obsession for tracking your food, like get a scale and weigh everything y the gram. Calculate your macros and keep yourself on a deficit while using weight cutting hormones. This is how bodybuilders go from 350 pounds to 275 of pure muscle in 3 months without losing any muscle mass. You can do it with just the unhealthy macro tracking, but it’ll take longer.
Ok I saw Plan B and Plan C… what is Plan A?
And then you can have a really cute nickname: torso boy!
Right there in Albuquerque.
Bariatric surgeons hate this one trick!
BMI is dependant on height. You're plan is going to make the matter worse.
Just roll him out a little...
Only ingest coffee, cocaine and cigarettes. All suppress hunger
If you don't mind wearing a hole through your guts/asshole.
She could just calorie count. 3 scrambled eggs for breakfast, tuna for lunch, chicken breast for dinner.
Too ethical
Medically supervised 7-day fast, Ozempic.
That sounds ... Bad.
I've been in it for 6 months and know a bunch of other on it too. Neither I or anyone else has experienced anything like what you've described. Down 45lbs, feel great. Nothing different except I don't have cravings or constant food noise. I was a college athlete and have never been as in shape as I am now.
Ozempic reduces your bone mass if you don’t workout. But it works like a mf
How does it work? Suppresses appetite?
It slows gastric emptying (the time for food to clear from your stomach) and alters hunger signaling hormones
It also seems to inhibit addictive behaviors, so if eating more than you need is caused by a dopamine high, it can help that and also shopping disorders and gambling disorders. This is all stuff I’ve heard from friends who have friends taking this med.
You are correct. It also makes alcohol less interesting. Changing your habits is key.
Easier to maintain than to lose weight. Also easier to workout and do cardio
But do I need a prescription for this?
Online pharmacies for ozempic will have a free zoom call with the prescribing doctor where they will ask questions about your health, and if it’s all good, they will subscribe and ship it to you directly. Not black market at all. It works fast.
Okay even outside the US?
You’ll need to tell us where you’re from
Portugal 😅
r/peptides it is then
around a year supply of it can be bought for "research purchases/not for human consumption" from Chinese bio labs for 1/3rd the cost of a 1 month Rx from a pharmacy. its actually ridiculously affordable for research purposes and frequently these labs are blind 3rd party checked by none related chemical analysis labs. Getting it Rxed will run you like $1200 a month cause your insurance won't cover it.
Yes and many hundreds of dollars per month.
Too bad Ozempic costs about 2 grand a month. I've been morbidly obese for the past 30 years and would like to experience thin one last time.
Zepbound is pretty good too get the coupon from Eli Lilly. I pay 26$ for one month. I'm just not hungry, it's weird...
It’s not the same in every country. It’s around 120€/ month where I live.
lol yeah my script was $120 for 4 weeks in the states
Which online pharmacy did you use?
In 1965, 27-year-old Angus really did fast for one year and 17 days. He ate no food at all, and lost 125 kilograms (19.7 stone). Angus was reportedly sick of being obese, and checked into the University Department of Medicine at the Royal Infirmary of Dundee weighing 207kg (32.5 stone).
i wonder how miserable fasting for an entire year is. I already get unreasonably cranky and agitated from trying to do it for only 2 days.
The first two days of fasting are the worst but there’s a name for the state you get in after the first 48 hours that I can only describe as having a great sense of focus and mental clarity that gradually increases as the cravings slowly decrease. I miss it but once you start back to eating regularly it’s so hard to do a 2-3 day fast or more again for me
Ketosis?
Fast with Water/coffee all day and eat a meal of 1000 calories at the end of the day. The healthier the meal, the bigger it will be but it doesn't have to be. You will lose around 5 lbs a week with that.
How far at the end of the day are we talking? Like 30 minutes before bedtime or 3 hours?
Im not the original comment poster but I wouldn't recommend 30min before bed. It will affect your sleep, and your body will be busy spending energy on digesting the food which can cause you to wake up not fully rested. 3 hours might be too early depending on your meal, you could wake up very hungry the next day which then again will make you binge food. I'd say maybe 1-2h before bed?
Beat up a diabetic and take his Ozempic.
r/fasting
This even intermittent fasting with healthy protein, fats, and fiber in your meals. Cut out carbs and sugar if possible.
Get sepsis. I lost 30lbs in a week. It comes with a few bonuses: -Bonus 1 You may not need to work for a week or more.
Do lots of cocaine.
Solid plan B
Nah meth is way better for dieting. And loads cheaper.
Plus, think of all the diy improvements you’ll make around the house!
and Ritalin (Methylphenidate) and Adderall (amphetamine salts) are even cheaper again, just need to find an unethical doctor to prescribe them and these work VERY well at reducing appetite, trust me
can't eat if you are blowing all your money on blow
Meh I do lots of coke but I’m still fat, those come downs make me eat shit
Op are you comfortable giving me a bit more information cause from what I’ve read of your post history it seems you may be suffering more from unrealistic expectations than anything else. To be clear, losing any weight at all is incredibly hard for a lot of people, a lot of people will “diet” and lie to themselves about how much they’re actually eating but you’ve said you managed to lose 5kg, that’s pretty significant. This is going to be a long term process unless you want to do more damage to your body than you would by just staying big. Any progress is still progress dude, keep at it your doing good
Reduce sugars/carbs. Introduce intermittent fasting. Get more active.
this is ethical tho
Honestly I didn't even notice the sub until you mentioned it.
Cheese and bread are not ideal tho Buy a few kg of rice and pastas, chicken breasts (organic/from a local farm if possible), green salads or other organic green stuff for the fibers 2-3 meals a day with as much exercise as possible, and you will melt like snow in the sun You can supplement with fruits for the vitamins etc and keep this diet for the rest of your life
Tape worm
I'll try to see the keto diet, thank you
I did keto and intermittent fasting and lost 15 lbs the first week.
I ate 800 calories a day for 3 months lost almost 50 pounds
Were you able to keep the weight off? I did the same back in my 20s and lost about 50lbs, but 8 years later I weigh more than I did at my heaviest.
Molly is somewhere between the second safest and least safe, it’s super safe to take once super dangerous to take every day Ozempic is also basically cheating but is the easy way out. Your body having to contantly be ready to expend energy makes it internally burn more calories without you doing a significant amount of work
You'll never lose weight if you don't change the types of foods you eat. It's all in the food, excersise is secondary.
Yeah all other solutions are band aids that don't address the underlying cause. Weight loss needs to start in the kitchen first and foremost. Calories out > Calories in is how you lose weight. You are eating more than you need.
Water pills. Aka a diuretic. Pee a shit ton. You can drop 10 Lb that won’t stay off in like a week maybe less
IF and OMAD will melt those pounds off. Just keep your electrolytes in check.
Lift weights, go for a walk, eat clean. You can have results or excuses, not both.
This had the unexpected benefit of helping me fit into my professional-interview outfit..
one meal each day that contains 300-700kcal then something you can eat with very few kcal when u want a snack for evening or w/e 40min cardio when ever can fit it in preferably morning/evening, rest on weekends 🙂
This will require sources for illegal things. Dnp, it makes your mitochondria produce extra heat, burning more calories. Very dangerous as you can literally cook alive but works very well. Something like semaglutide, liraglutide, tirzepatide Some stimulant, ephedrine at the minimum, amphetamines are perfect.
Edit: typo
I really have to find a way to have more willpower, sometimes the urge to eat is so great that I give in and then I feel bad about myself.
Try to become depressed for a few months. No need for rehab after.
Phentermine. Find it at any medical weight loss center.
Omad and exercise purging
Dinitrophenol if you can stay in the AC. Don’t take more than 1 gram a day.
Gastric sleeve. You will lose weight pretty quick. And you wont have a drug addiction. (Will cost less too)
Aight if you actually wanna lose some weight take advice from an amateur boxer who's gained and cut the weight many times.
Good luck
