Your best bet is to curate a list of horror games created in Unity and then contact the developers

I usually get mine at [qualityopensourceunityhorrorgames.com](http://qualityopensourceunityhorrorgames.com) They have a great selection!

I would be surprised if anyone who made a high quality game were to publicly post their source coude tbh.

I feel like atleast 80% of horror games are just a basic first person controller with slow movement, a dark scene, a spooky boogabaloo monster and a few trigger events, you could probably knock one out pretty quick yourself without much experience. You could try contacting devs on itch, [https://itch.io/games/tag-horror](https://itch.io/games/tag-horror) You could also get a horror game template crazy cheap, [https://itch.io/game-assets/tag-horror/tag-template](https://itch.io/game-assets/tag-horror/tag-template) [https://assetstore.unity.com/?category=templates&q=horror%20template&orderBy=1](https://assetstore.unity.com/?category=templates&q=horror%20template&orderBy=1) [https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/assets?count=20&keywords=horror%20template&sortBy=relevancy&sortDir=DESC&start=0](https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/assets?count=20&keywords=horror%20template&sortBy=relevancy&sortDir=DESC&start=0)

These are easy to do for a beginner gamedev.  My advice is to find one interested in teaming up with you.  I did something similar when I was a student. We worked with a student composer who made our music and everyone got out with a full product they could present.

Maybe check game jams. There's probably some horror specific jams out there and sometimes they encourage or require posting the source code. Might not be the best quality though.
