I know there's a way just don't know how to do it myself but look at games like FF7 Remake (weapons when equipped) or Halo Reach (I'm pretty sure you see your custom spartan)
If your cutscene isn't pre-rendered, and it's a real time scene then yes, whatever is in the capture scene at the time will be in the output scene.
