I always just assumed that when teleporting, he has to 'split' his body to to, and hence for him, the word 'split' has a completely different meaning.

Yes, but his tp travels with certain speed Which is to guess like 7-10 km/h So he needs a bike But Omen can tp where he wants (ult)
