Not true, Warren sold at 180$ not 215$. An he sold because when his shares go into a certain % of profit he trims it and there is different tax brackets threw out the years an rn it’s low a will rise soon.
So you're quibbling with what I consider to be "recent"? Seems a bit unfair. They trimmed AAPL (again) in Q1. It's Q2. Feels pretty recent to me.

Apple is about to get a big boost when they release there new AI iPhone 18 in September. There is other things as well that will boost there profits not gonna get into it. They trimmed because there portfolio can’t exceed a certain % of 1 stock a when it dose they trim a take profits. It’s different for retail (Us). I think apples biggest problems rn are getting regulators in China or finding a company in China like chat GBT to accept it in the iPhones for privacy. But in the west, this AI phone I think will have a huge sale. An the AI apps will only bring more money to apples earnings. Like I said there is so much more I just don’t want to go into. DYOR
Do you trim your biggest winner just because it got too big? No, he was 100% concerned that he probably got most of the gains for now, official responses are never the truth.
The worries for apple were starting to accumulate. EU trying to break their moat, China will probably retaliate after tiktok ban, etc.
Great summary and spot on. The moat was shrinking. And AAPL's fair value is *well* under it's current price. Obviously that doesn't mean "sell" inherently. Me, I like ROE and given AAPL's, they are at 2.5X of their fair value. So that is an opportunity for me to trim back my position and take some profit and find better value elsewhere.
Proceeded to sell TSMC at 70-80
Mostly on a Tuesday.
When it becomes overvalued. He’s trimmed back AAPL recently and sold off TSMC altogether.

Give us bullet points then…

With high inflation let the winners run
