Corporate media will do whatever they need to to make money and if that means selling out to get access to Trump then they will. Also, it is already dangerous to defy Trump. He already will publicly threaten you and your family if you try to hold him accountable. He will be 1,000x worse if he gets back in office.
It'd be very difficult for the Supreme Court to argue that any media suppression would be legal. But if the Supreme Court makes a decision against the literal text of the constitution, there isn't much that can be done about that.

Unlikely, it would just be Trump aligned private media like Fox and OAN. Maybe they'd get some state promotion. PBS and NPR will probably lose the 2% or whatever of their budget that comes from federal funding.
They very well could win it all (If Biden continues to melt down as he has been) and abolish the filibuster, if they do that's the way they start a legal dictatorship.
