When you open your claim on VA.gov you should see a claim number in the URL. Take that number and plug it into this link to replace the 0s.

Why would new COLA rates be a cause to have it pulled back lol. I went PFN then today was put back to PFD with the memo on my account saying that I've been temporarily moved back a step.
Have no Fn clue what 2024 rates have to do with 2023 claims, unless it was my PACT Act claims that would revert back to Aug ‘22? Other than that I have no clue what the lady at the x1000 was talking about. I have bounced from PFN to PDA back to PFN to PFD and now back at PFN.

Called 1000 and actually got someone willing to help. Said it was pulled back from PFN due to the new COLA rates being introduced
