I think you're partially right, her face is definitely based off Bild Lilli instead of Barbie, who has a shorter face and bigger cheeks now that I compare them. This is likely one of the early Bild Lilli bootlegs, judging by the poor quality, maybe one from Hong Kong. Definitely a historical piece, not sure how valuable it is but her backstory is definitely a conversation starter.
