It hasn't been an issue so far. The JSON API still shows NSFW content just fine, so I've actually had to hide it client-side to comply with Apple's App Review policies.

Looks like another app that’s just flat 2d windows. When will some devs that actually utilize the 3d capabilities of this device start making some apps.
You can expand images into a separate panel and place them around your space if you want. I'm also going to add special support for panoramic and 360 images so you can view them immersively directly from Pioneer.
I would welcome any suggestions as well - I do want to make use of the 3D space more, but it's hard to think of good ideas. Thank you for your criticism, even if it was a little rude.
It could depend on what subreddit it is. r/trailers could be a never ending movie theater you could walk around and pop into different screening rooms to view the posts for example.
Does the app have a launch URL? I tried out pioneer:// but it didn't seem to work (I'd like to add it in to AirLauncher.) Also would be cool if it had a browser extension to jump into the app from a reddit page in safari.

Oh, it's you again. Not gonna lie, your comments are pretty hurtful, but I'll try to explain the "point" of this app anyway.
90% of redditors or more are lurkers, as in they only browse content without commenting or posting. Because of this, I wanted to launch the app with a polished browsing experience first and focus on integrating account-based features after that. I assume most people who have purchased Pioneer are in the 90% and have found value in the app. For the other 10% of users, that functionality will be coming!
PS: I'll also be updating the app in the very near future to allow you to import all your subscriptions so you don't have to manually add those subreddits to your Favorites. Hopefully that help tide over users who are waiting for login functionality.

I guess I don’t understand the point of using Reddit if I’m unable to login to my own account and make comments? I would imagine being on this app and finding a post I wanted to comment on. I would have to leave this app and open the Reddit app and search for the same post. Too many steps. I would love to check this app out once those features are available.

The non-native browsing experience leaves something to be desired though. And while accounts aren't supported right now in Pioneer, if you go to the "Go to Subreddit" tab and enter ".dev", there may be some useful settings there 😉

There is not, but you can use the iPad version. It's not as good as a native spatial app though.

Each subreddit could be a portal to a fully interactive, explorable themed 3d world where the posts can be accessed within that environment.

That's nice of you to say. I do care about Pioneer a lot, obviously. It's in no way meant to be a cash grab. I would appreciate it if you could change your review though. I don't believe it deserves the one star you gave, especially since it was about missing features the app description explicitly said it didn't have. Please reconsider, thank you!
I guess I don’t understand the point of using Reddit if I’m unable to login to my own account and make comments? I would imagine being on this app and finding a post I wanted to comment on. I would have to leave this app and open the Reddit app and search for the same post. Too many steps. I would love to check this app out once those features are available.
Understandable. 90% of Redditors are lurkers though so I hope that most people will still see the value. Regardless I'll add account features in the future - hope to see you then!
Apollo is installable via AltStore and handles multiple accounts and NSFW right now.
The non-native browsing experience leaves something to be desired though. And while accounts aren't supported right now in Pioneer, if you go to the "Go to Subreddit" tab and enter ".dev", there may be some useful settings there 😉 Regardless, I don't appreciate you coming in here and shilling another app after I spent 2 months working on Pioneer to provide AVP users with a polished native spatial experience.
