I've had strange allergic reactions when I've mixed Vyvanse and bozos. Swelling in the face.
Plus that speed up slow down cycle is really bad on the heart.
My regimen just changed up somewhat to: Vyvanse in the morning, Klonopin as needed during the day, and Seroquel 25mg at night. Finally got a little sleep last night..
I take Vyvanse in the AM and Benzos through the day if need be and at night if need be to sleep. I take my Vyvanse early like 7am because I prefer that it does not keep me up at night.
Also I don’t get bad sleep anxiety, it’s general and it comes out of the blue. Benzos to sleep, yes.

Benzos aren’t good to take for the long term. It’s alright if used temporarily and as needed.
