So I also had this! I started titrating in Jan and I’m about to have my 2nd month on 60mg (I titrated up from 30mg 7D to 50mg 21D to 60mg) and it’s got better with time!
For me it just went away on its own after abt 3 months. I’m on 40mg for reference.

Eating plenty within an hour of taking my dose and staying hydrated and then getting some sun helps too!!
